TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver West/Federal Center

The staff was very pleasant and eager to please. The room was clean but simple. The linens were very soft and comfortable. For a business trip, this is a straight forward place to stay. Breakfast was also simple with very little choices. There was virtually no seating however in the area the food was served.

It was a great livable space with two bedrooms and a living area with equipped kitchen for us to feel right at home while we were visiting CO over the holidays. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great rate. Clean rooms. Good service. Very comfortable and kitchen was nice. I requested one of the work units in my room and it was perfect for working out of the room for the week. The Internet was slower than what I was used to. Speeds sometimes were only about twice a dial up modem. At best it wasn't anywhere near a DSL line. I used my Sprint card sometimes because it was faster.

I'm not sure about the entire hotel but my wing and room had a funny smell. A compressor kept re-cycling every half hour or so all night long (very loud and abrupt start up). The elevator was loud and it seemed the "waste plumbing" was routed through my room (I could hear every flush and water flow from the rooms upstairs. I left after one night, and I'll never go back there.Easily the worst room I've ever stayed in. In this or any other country I've traveled to. [...]

Very nice and clean suite, great view towards the mountains. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. My children loved the heated pool and the big playground down the street.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. [...] checked us in & called later in the evening to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We reserved a two-bedroom suite, which was well worth the small extra charge (we originally reserved a single on Orbitz but upgraded to the two-bedroom prior to arrival for half the cost on Orbitz). The hotel had all the services we required and was conveniently located just west of downtown Denver, near Red Rocks and the foothills of the Rockies. There is a 7-11 across the street, which allowed us to purchase any necessary toiletries and snacks, and the hotel also offers a small selection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Happy traveling!

My grown children and I were getting together for a family wedding - all of us travelling from different locations. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in assisting each of us as we arrived. They went out of their way to help us store food for the wedding when the family refrigerators went on overflow. They were unfailingly kind and friendly and made good recommendations for sightseeing and food.

Great location, minutes from Denver and Golden, CO. Great starting point for day trips, had a nice kitchen so that we could keep food, beverages, etc. if we wanted. Only disappointment was the small T.V., but then we weren't there to watch T.V.

This was my third visit to TownePlace Suites Denver West/Federal Center, GOLDEN, CO. It is located near the mountains and several interstates; very far from airport. The staff is friendly (only problem was that one day they forgot to change towels). Otherwise, everything was clean and straight. It is very nice to be able to eat breakfast or lunch in the room. We found it to be very nice and would definitely return.
