Hot Springs Getaway
Breakfast was very poor from what we were used to with Holiday Inn. Looks great from the outside and lobby. Room on second floor was loud and not as nice as other Holiday Inn Expresses

Glenwood getaway expert
very rough
Linen on beds felt like sand paper, could not get a good night sleep. towels were so rough felt like it was rubbing your skin off.POOL WAS NOT OPEN. could not use the back door because the batteries were dead. breakfast was not that great. So on a scale 1 to 10 we give it a 2

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway.
Great place for a weekend getaway.Staff was very helpful on places to dine out. Rooms were very clean and well kept.A little noisy at times but overall it was a good value. I would recommend this motel.

The usual good experience
I've recently stayed in more expensive hotels than the Holiday Inn Express in Glenwood Springs, but my husband and I prefer Holiday Inn Express for one reason - we know what to expect. And we got it here - very courteous and helpful staff, clean room, good coffee (all day and night), complimentary breakfast that includes hard boiled eggs and Light n' Fit yogurt as well as the sugary stuff (and fruit) and a hot tub that is hot that actually works. When I travel, that's what I want and that's what I get - thanks HIE! Mary

nice 3 day get away
great location-everything in just couple minutes. room was very clean and updated( one of the reasons why we did not choose one of the old hotels).stuff was very friendly and helpful.breakfast could be better but you get what you pay for..no complains. could use gym and spa in the hotel next door for no charge but the hotel also has a hot outdoor pool. very happy with the stay and do recommend it highly!

many places to dine in but it seems like many of them are open for dinner only or for weekends.found that some of the small places can't keep up with fresh food and many were very disappointing.couple weregreat though.

Very loud and dirty
Very loud! Could hear people talk next door. No privacy!! Room was right next to elevator and could hear the "ding ding" all night! Floor mats were dirty!!! Hair all over it, probably never been cleaned... Disgusting! Do not recommend this location

Good value for price and area
The rooms were clean with nice sheets temperature in the room was perfect. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of soaps, shampoos, towels, whatever. They also let you use the indoor pool and fitness center at the Hampton Inn next door. And I did try the pancake maker and it will hands down be the best automated pancakes I can ever recall eating. Actually the breakfast buffet was pretty complete. My one disappointment may be more of a Cheaptickets problem, because for some reason, according to the fire route map, I got the smallest room in the whole motel by a long shot. I wish Holiday Inn would have given me a better room, I'm pretty sure they weren't full. Of course, I didn't make any ask anything about it when I was there.

Would not choose them again
Room was average, very noisy, carpet worn and stained, bed was very hard, mechanical room was across the hall with a fan blowing into it constantly to keep it from overheating. When we asked to have it turned off we were told it could not be and we were not offered another room or a better solution. Plenty of other similar or better lodging available nearby.

Great continental breakfast. Friendly hotel staff. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Convenient to world famous pool and glenwood caverns.

Hotel was nice, the breakfast area is small so you need to wait for off peak time to eat. The hotel is older but comfortable.

Short drive from hotel
We ate at Rib City which was very good BBQ. There were several restaurants in the area that were recommended as well as a Brewery. Nice town.
