Holiday Inn Express GLENWOOD SPRINGS (ASPEN AREA)

Very loud! Could hear people talk next door. No privacy!! Room was right next to elevator and could hear the "ding ding" all night! Floor mats were dirty!!! Hair all over it, probably never been cleaned... Disgusting! Do not recommend this location

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and included everything I needed. My only complaint was that when I arrived to eat breakfast at 9 AM, much of the food was already gone. I was still able to eat a decent breakfast, but I would have appreciated it if more of the food items were available up until 9:30 AM.

The rooms were clean with nice sheets temperature in the room was perfect. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of soaps, shampoos, towels, whatever. They also let you use the indoor pool and fitness center at the Hampton Inn next door. And I did try the pancake maker and it will hands down be the best automated pancakes I can ever recall eating. Actually the breakfast buffet was pretty complete. My one disappointment may be more of a Cheaptickets problem, because for some reason, according to the fire route map, I got the smallest room in the whole motel by a long shot. I wish Holiday Inn would have given me a better room, I'm pretty sure they weren't full. Of course, I didn't make any ask anything about it when I was there.

Room was average, very noisy, carpet worn and stained, bed was very hard, mechanical room was across the hall with a fan blowing into it constantly to keep it from overheating. When we asked to have it turned off we were told it could not be and we were not offered another room or a better solution. Plenty of other similar or better lodging available nearby.

Great continental breakfast. Friendly hotel staff. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Convenient to world famous pool and glenwood caverns.

Hotel was nice, the breakfast area is small so you need to wait for off peak time to eat. The hotel is older but comfortable.

Our stay was amazingly great definitely coming back again. The staff was very friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped guide us to the hot spots. Our room was clean and the Jacuzzi was awesome! Thanks for a weekend trip!

Went to the pool, enjoyed the scenery & always the food. Nothing missing. Always a nice & relaxing stay.

We ate at Tequila's(some of the best mexican food ever!) We also ate at Daily Bread at 8th and Grand(great breakfast) all were recommended by motel.

We liked that the hotel was a short walk to both the hot springs and the adventure park, as well as many restarants and downtown. It was a little disapointing initially that the hot tub was broken, but they solved that neatly because the hotel next door is managed by the same folks so we were able to use their very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Since we arrived in the evening and it was starting to get a bit cool, that was even better. Everyone was super nice and we loved the cold water pitcher with oranges in the lobby that greeted us after a long, hot day in the car.
