Frontier Lodge- no heat!
For each room there is only one heater/AC unit that is in the bathroom sink area not near the bed and in my room (114) there was only one of two heating elements working and the safety cover was missing. I complained to the manager about how cold it was (heat was off when I checked in and about 50 degrees in the room) and he tried to blame it on my gloves resting on the heater (they were wet from snowboarding). I know my gloves where not the reason it was so cold in the room, and he seemed not to really care about my comfort. The heater had been going for at least two hours and was blowing luke-warm air, not hot air. I could also smell alcohol on him and he may have been drunk. I really did not appreciate his dismissive attitude about the heat, and he acted annoyed when I wanted an extra blanket. I would not recommend staying there to anybody, there are better hotels that my friends stayed at up the road in Carbondale. Also the tub drain did not work and after I took a shower (at least I had hot water!) I had to leave the tub full of water.

Comfortable, Quiet and Clean
I enjoyed my stay here. Great bed and an even better work area with sufficient plugs and good lighting. Staff was very nice. They changed our room from a double queen to a king when our children didn't come with us for no charge. It was great.

Great Time Very Relaxing
The Frontier Lodge was very practical. Clean rooms and it is the perfect option for people who plan on skiing or touring around the towns. The front desk staff was so helpful with information and strived to help out wherever possible. I would return again in a heartbeat.

Coming there again
Best motel in Glenwood Springs. It's affordable. Nice rooms, spacious bathrooms. Service is EXCELLENT. Best for a date or business trip. Nice management, keep it up.

Excellent Location; Nice rooms!
We walked in and the front desk clerk was extremely nice! Price was good, bed was comfy, room was clean. Would definitely stay again!

Frustrated Traveller

Amazing Customer Service and Clean Rooms
This hotel has it all! The best customer service that I have encountered for years. The employees go out of their way and then some to make sure that your stay at the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious. This place is close to town but far enough away from the noise and traffic. It's easy to get to from the freeway. You won't go wrong with booking rooms in this hotel.

What a Great Place
Wonderful. It was an excellent experience. Inexpensive. The bed was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Very cozy. Stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.
