Good family getaway
We were looking for a nice, clean motel and this met with our approval. We were there to enjoy the hot springs and wanted a clean room with a microwave and refrigerator. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Cedar Lodge Motel to any travelers going through Glenwood Springs.

Clean hotel at a great price
Booked 3 rooms for a group of 10. Rooms were clean, check in was quick, and it included a free breakfast. Fit the bill perfectly.

Very pleasant travel memory
Our family was very pleased with our comfortable and clean motel room. My 9 year old kept exclaiming how perfect the lodge was. The staff was friendly, we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves night we arrived, enjoyed Glenwood Hot Springs next day, went to White House in nearby Carbondale for great pizza (they have gluten free), boys and dad ate the complimentary breakfast and gluten-free me walked two short blocks to the Diner and had huevos rancheros--we had a lot of fun. This hotel was a great value!

We'll be back
Easy to find, spotless, great price, breakfast, lovely neighborhood for walking, indoor/outdoor pools, picnic/BBQ facilities, apple trees, and quiet. I'd come back here. We should have extended our stay here and made our visit to Aspen into a day trip.

2-Day Getaway
This was the second time we stayed at Cedar Lodge Motel. It's just a short drive to the Hot Springs pool and near many fast-foot restaurants. Again, we found it to be perfect for our needs-just a comfy, clean, quiet place to rest after a activity-filled day. We checked in after hiking to Hanging Lake! This is a must hike for any Coloradan or anyone who wants to see a beautiful aquamarine lake with a beautiful waterfall! Short but pretty steep-1020' gained in 1.2 miles. On Day 2 we hiked along Grizzly Creek, another picturesque hike with many photo opportunities and a little fishing along the way. A soak in the motel hot tub felt good after two days of hiking. This motel is definitely a good value. We'll return again soon. The one area that could be improved was the breakfast in the Breakfast Room. Just minimal offerings-nothing special.

Perfect for a quick trip
This motel is a great value especially for a quick trip. Unlike many motels in Glenwood you do not hear any road traffic. It had been quite a few years since my last stay here but the rooms are kept up well and are clean.

basic but clean
We were very busy rafting, lounging at the hot springs and enjoying Glenwood Springs to speind much time in the room. It was basic but clean, so fine if you did not spend a lot of time there. The price seemed a little high given the accomodations.
