It was just okay hotel

When I got there, they took forever to check me in. They asked me how much you paid for this hotel and how long i am going to stay there. Also, the wifi works only first one minute and does not work after even if my room was close to the office. They didn't have coffee maker, and the lamp right next to the bed didn't work. When I was smoking outside around 11:30pm, some strangers (5 people) were around this hotel..and asking me for a cigg. Overall, i was kinda dissappointed about this hotel but i liked the location.

good for smokers

I will go to this hotel again, because it was affordable and I could smoke. Had a little kitchen in the unit and was a good comfy room.

Needs a big makeover

While my husband and I were looking for a value hotel for our three day stay in Denver, we at least hoped for a comfortable bed and smoke-free room. Not only was the bed not comfortable, the comforter was thin and scratchy and had an obvious cigarette hole in it. The room still smelled like smoke so it had obviously been a smoking room previously. It is a huge pet peeve of mine when hotels try to convert smoking rooms to non-smoking and pretend that you can't smell anything. Just because you call something non-smoking, doesn't make it so. We switched hotels after one night and three days later as I was packing my pajamas from that night still smelled like smoke. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Good room but bad WiFi

Room was clean albeit small, but well furnished. I liked the hardwood floor and carpet combination. Ironing board and iron not included but available. Linens do not include wash cloth. A prime discriminator for me was the "FREE Hi Speed Internet" in the description. I logged in, got the password, but then was informed there were various levels of service. I opted for the free (lowest bandwidth) and was NOT able to connect to any site in reasonable time. I had to use my phone as a hotspot. I would not stay here again based on this alone, which is a shame because the room was good otherwise.

Bed bugs, rude staff, tiny rooms, dirty

I booked a room for a week here and am just wrapping up my stay. The rooms are much smaller than the stock photos they display. This is the smallest motel/hotel room I've ever stayed in, out of 100+ hotels I've stayed at over the years. I couldn't believe how different the rooms were than the pictures. A typical, non-extended stay hotel room is easily over twice the size of these rooms. The room smelled okay the first day, but every day after there a very strong smoke smell that was impossible to get rid of. It smelled horrible. As other reviews have said, there are bedbugs. I was itchy and bitten every night. The bed is tiny. It's a single bed. The blanket was thin, dirty, old, and had holes in it. The actual bed and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. You can hear every conversation from adjacent rooms and the doors slamming sounds like it's inches from you (well, it is very close, as the rooms are tiny). When I was coming back one time, there was a homeless man outside and the woman behind me let him inside the key-card access doors that lead to the elevator. The homeless man followed me into the elevator to my floor (3rd) and was talking to himself the entire time. He got off and was just wandering around. I also saw 2 shopping carts randomly on the 3rd floor. One night, someone was banging on a door near mine yelling and pleading for someone named "Bill". An old man in the door next to mine was on the walkway one time in just a shirt and underwear, looking over the walkway balcony in broad daylight. Toward the end of my stay, I went to the office and spoke to Nia to find out how much it would cost for additional nights, out of curiosity. I came back, no less than a half hour later, to ask for change to use the laundry room. Nia said "It's key-card access and for guests only". I said I had a room and she didn't believe me and asked for my room number. This is right after having a conversation with her about my stay. Finally, she gave me change for the laundry. I saw a monthly rate of 950 online, but the hotel won't honor it. The lowest they will do is a little under $1300 for month. It isn't worth half that much. The wifi doesn't connect over half the time and is slow. Ironically, Brakes Plus, adjacent to it (from which you can hear drilling and banging) has better wifi, and I found myself having to use that signal often. Overall, this is basically a dingy, dirty, smelly, motel/hotel, filled with shady people, that just so happens to have a small stove in the rooms.

not what I expected

Hotel location was good for what I was needing, the surrounding area quiet, and safe but the quality was far from what I expected. Arrived to find there were no hangers in the room. Asked for at least some, and at first was told I'd have to wait unit the next day to see if house keeping could get me some. When I insisted I needed hangers, the person at the desk came up with several, for which I am grateful. One morning, I woke up to find a roach in the bathroom. Also, there were little black flying insects around the kitchen area and the bathroom. Just not a clean place to stay. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to a friend.
