A Place To Stay While Visiting Family
The staff was always helpful. The room was clean except for the carpet. The breakfasts were superb!

No A/C
The A/c was not working and actually was blowing out hot air. We called the front desk twice and actually kept the door open for part of the night. The next morning when we were getting ready, we must have blew a fuse and all the lights went out.

First Trip to Fort Collins
Motel looked alittle run down but fit in with the surroundings; right off Interstate 25, sort of an "industrial" part of town I imagine. Staff was dealing with an unhappy customer in the lobby when I arrived, but once it was my turn to check in, the staff was friendly, and except for a glitch in the credit card reader, check in was fine. Accomodations were clean, no-frills, and suited my needs. Close proximity to a well-known 24-hour restaurant was appreciated as I thought there was a continental breakfast when there was none.

Short drive from hotel
Decent accomodations for the price especially considering the price of lodging closer to downtown. Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean overall. Easy access to the interstate.

the bed was hard as a rock
kind of bummed there was no coffee or coffee maker; bed was super hard; posted pool hours read 9am to 9pm but it was closed before 8:30 - wanted a swim; no continental breakfast; had to pay for wireless service - so i guess that's why it was cheaper than all the rest; the desk clerk, however, was very nice.

Not thrilled
I got what I paid for...
The first night; the people next door, slammed the door every 10 - 15 minutes. This didn't stop until about 5:15 a.m.! Other than that; we think that there is a "2 dog minimum" for this place. Oh, and don't forget to bring your cats. At least 80% of the rooms had at least, one pet. More often than not, several pets. There are, obviously, a large population of those staying there, that are actually living in the motel, itself. The most positive things I can say are that the rooms were what I expected for the price. The staff was responsive to my issues and did their best to make my stay more comfortable. The staff is at a disadvantage. This motel has weekly rates which isn't encouraging the proper type of crowd, in my opinion.

Swim Taxi
over night for swim meet
Hotel was 10 minutes from the pool, no traffic to to get there. Rooms are utilitarian,beds are comfortable,bathrooms are clean if you need more don't stay here. Info on web site said microwave we did not have one but did not request one either, also no hair dryer. If you have trouble sleeping ask for a room away from I-25.We faced I-25,had no trouble sleeping

Works for the price
I was just trying to find a cheap place to stay. I got what I expected for the $40 it cost. The clerks were very nice. This is a good place to stay if you're trying to not spend much. If you're looking for a nice hotel for the family, I would spend more money elsewhere.

Good stay for cheap!
Great location-right off the highway. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and for cheap. This was a great choice.
