Good experience, very clean. Stayed there on our way to Estes after driving down from South Dakota and Wyoming. Staff was very friendly. My girls enjoyed the indoor pool after being in the car and the limited outdoor activities secondary to the rain.
A decent hotel, but with limited rooms. Bed was quite hard / firm. Also, faced the window, making some light issues through the night a concern. About 15 minutes from the freeway in toward town. No breakfast, but an expensive "snackbar" was
available. No breakfast restaurants within walking distance, but a Carrabas right next door for dinner.

Short walk from hotel
Right behind the hotel was a Carrabas with an excellenct menu.
I blew into town, checked into the hotel and left again. While there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable in my room and like the price since I did not have time to check out all the amenities.
We were put in the construction wing...The rooms were all finished inside and very nice..the hallways not so much...but work in progress and the room made up for it...Great courtyard and pool, close to food, pub and grub, 200 yards away amazing
food...you WILL need a take home box!!! When I need to stay in ft collins again I will be back...
