Overall good!!
We were put in the construction wing...The rooms were all finished inside and very nice..the hallways not so much...but work in progress and the room made up for it...Great courtyard and pool, close to food, pub and grub, 200 yards away amazing food...you WILL need a take home box!!! When I need to stay in ft collins again I will be back...

under renovation
good staff! rooms are being renovated. sold out on our first night. put us in a room and when we got there it was a construction site! literally, no bed 2x4's in the room. went back to the front desk with all our bags. Night staff found another room (after going to check to see if it was clean) worked out OK, but not convenient. second night (stayed in the mountiains in between) got a new room. beautiful remodel. smelled of construction adhesives and new carpet? but nice new finishes. all in all, staff did a good job considering the circumstances. Courtyard should have comp'd the first night....it was a pain in the butt!

"Dominics" spelling? across the street for dinner! excellent food and drink. reccommended by the hotel & a 10% coupon. a great place.

Cleaning Crew
Room was not clean after 1st night stay - no clean towels/ no shampoo/ trash was not taken out / no coffee or cups / did avise front desk when checking out and they were not aware and manager was very apologetic

Nice stay
Room was nice and bed/pillows was very, very comfortable. Too bad they don't have a free breakfast, but one is available. Location is very good if you want to be by newer southeast Fort Collins. I wanted to be closer to northwest, hence the lower score for that. But lots of great shopping near by if that is what you are looking for.

Simply convenient
I moved into Ft Collins and decided to try the Courtyard based on my dad's recommendation. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly and respected privacy. The amenities and the pool were great

Quiet Hotel Down South
Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Was quiet, even with a hotel full of teenagers there for a softball tournament. Nearby to lots of restaurants. A bit of a drive up to old Fort Collins where more uniquely Fort Collins stuff is.

First Rate Service & Affordable Price
We have to commend the staff at Courtyard; they were friendly and helpful, and service was first rate. We always returned to rooms that both looked and smelled clean and fresh. All staff were very knowledgeable about the surrounding shopping areas and restaurants, and the hotel provided a large assortment of maps and recreational brochures. The courtyard and Gazebo provided a great place for an informal lunch.
