Not Exactly a Hilton, Not at all Bad Though!
Stayed here with my wife for a weekend getaway. The staff was pleasant, room was clean and comfy, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The balcony off of our room was a nice touch. The only complaint is our bathroom light kept flickering off and on.

Room not clean
Found a comment card in the room that was a month old. The card complained about the cleanliness of the room. It mentioned flies in the windowsill and other things that still were not clean one month later. We also had to change the sheets ourselves because there was hair on it. When we went to put the new pillowcase on, we saw that the pillow had bloodstains on it. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Pleasant Stay
Overall our stay was fine. We did find it difficult to move our luggage to the second floor without the use of an elevator. This location would be difficult for a handicapped/disabled individual unless you were assigned a first floor room. Our trip involved activities in the Cheyenne, WY area so there is no comment about area attractions or dining. [...]

Acceptable for a Short Stay
Interesting mix of native American and middle eastern decor. Beautiful, airy lobby and breakfast area. Hotel room was copiously clean, except when I had to look under the beds for a lost shoe. Not sure it's been vacuumed under there for some time. Bed skirt also needed washing. Room was dark and in need of some updating. Smelled heavily of vanilla, but not annoyingly so. Breakfast offerings were various, but almost completely carbohydrate. Only proteins were cream cheese and peanut butter. The staff was pleasant, but perhaps overworked and short-handed. Frankly, I was pleased with the hotel until I looked under the bed. The place could use some updating, but is acceptable for a short stay.

College Avenue is full of every kind of dining or shopping venue you might desire. We found a Greek restaurant, La Taverna, some ways toward Loveland (on College). It was charming. The food was definitively ethnic, as was the music. At one point, the signature song came along and the waitstaff danced and produced plates for young customers to smash (a la Greek tradition). Lots of fun and good food.

Our family has stayed at this hotel twice and we will happily stay again. The "double bed" option rooms are large and have 2 queen sized beds vs. 2 full size. Even with 2 kids and 2 dogs we moved around easily. The staff is very friendly and welcome well behaved dogs. The pet rooms are on the first floor near the door which makes life easy. The breakfast was OK. My one and only complaint, the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were shaped like round firm meatballs and my neck hurt in the morning. I recommend bringing your own if possible.
