Will stay again
I had never been to Estes Park before, so I was unsure where to stay. I had also never stayed with Comfort Inn before. But, the room was clean, the folks at the front desk were friendly and the location was right on the main road heading into town (and the Park). If I'm in Estes Park again, I will definitely stay here again. I used the business center and the fridge in my room - both were very welcome.

Short drive from hotel
I went to a great BBQ place just on the other side of downtown, on my way back out of the Park (after a short visit). Service was great and the food was excellent. Not too many other restaurant choices if you just want to eat, though, as most of the other places appeared to be right down with all the shops.

OK hotel for a night
We went to Rocky Mtn National Park. Hotel was okay; heard the family above us all night; Sliding door sounds from top room; business center was nice to have, as well as an exercise room. Staff was nice. I would not stay here again because it just was not as nice a hotel as I am used to.

Helpful staff
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when our AC broke. The hot tub was fabulous after hiking all day in RMNP. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was nice. Great location for RMNP.

"Estes Park Week-end"
We met with friends, went to the Park, saw elk, attended the arts in the park and the antiques show. The weather could have been better. We liked our hotel room. It was clean and we liked the extras, such as the small fridge, the microwave and the coffee pot. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Good experience at Comfort Inn
Great service, close to downtown, good breakfast, very quiet place, management was friendly. Overall the experience was a good one. It was quiet close to national park, sports rentals and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there. There was only one computer in the lobby, if you have your own laptop you shudnt have any problem.

If you like suzhi, you shud go to suzhiyama down the street. The bubble tea (Taro) was my favourite. Even if you are a vegetarian, you will find something there.

You won't find better at this price
This hotel proudly displays the chain's "Platinum Award" above the fireplace in the lobby, and it's well deserved. You simply can't do better at this price in Estes Park, it's head and shoulders above the rest. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are efficient and courteous, the WiFi is the best I've experienced at a hotel, the location is very close to wherever you want to be - just a short walk down to the lake and the downtown area. Just amazing quality compared to the other hotels in Estes Park. And free cookies!!!

Short walk from hotel
Take the short walk down the street next to the office to get to Lake Estes and the walking / biking trail around the lake. Lots of elk and Canada geese on the golf course if you're into seeing / photographing wildlife. You can also rent paddleboats and canoes on the lake.

Decent option for Estes
Price was relatively high for a Comfort Inn, but everything in Estes is expensive in summer. Our AAA discount helped. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was on back side of motel, no traffic noise. Internet was good. Shower was virtually unusable -- alternated between scalding and frigid every 20-30 seconds.

Village Pizza (~ 1 km, below the Safeway) had excellent food and great beer, including some good drafts. We really enjoyed the Great Divide Claymore Scotch Ale.

Adequate
It's adequate. Continental breakfast area is too small, so not enough room to sit down. Rooms seem kind of run down for the price.
