Beaver Brook on the River is a brand new condominium rental property that is owned and operated by Beaver Brook Development. One of our main goals is to provide all varieties of lodging properties in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. From brand-new condominium rental units to cozy cottages to an RV park, we offer something for everyone. Beaver Brook Resort Condominiums was constructed in 2007. Beaver Brook offers 17 beautifully appointed 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums located on a private fourth of a mile of the Big Thompson River and just minutes from Rocky Mountain National park. Front desk hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm. Reserve your perfect Colorado accommodations experience today.

Nice Location

The condo was right on Big Thompson River and between Rocky Mountain National Park and Downtown Estes. It was also quiet at night and very peaceful.
