Ramada Hotel & Suites Englewood Denver South

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Had to move rooms because our door keys did not work. Staff offered no assistance or even an apology for the inconvenience. Pool is closed until spring even though it is indoors and this information is not posted anywhere or on the website. We did not know until the we were all in our bathing suits and arrived at the door to the pool. The kids were extremely disapointed. Several other issues and when I attempted to address my concerns with the General Manager she was uninterested, defensive and made poor excuses.I would not recommend this hotel.

desk could use a more convenient power outlet. I brought an extension cord, but without that, working at the desk would have been difficult.

staff were lovely in an hotel that was totally out of date and out of touch. Pool was closed 'broken'. bar was closed. decor was 30yrs old, the whole place was dying. the only good thing I can say is that it was clean.

the staff was extrememly helpful.........my Mother fell and needed to go to an urgent care. They provided us with 'mapquest' directions and it was perfect. She's OK...........

The staff and hotel were very nice. The room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable if a little on the tall side. I'm 5' 1" and had to climb to get into the bed. For some reason each night we stayed there, there was one wash cloth less. It wasn't anything that was a bother, we were greatly amused and anticipated how many wash cloths we would find upon returning to the room each day. The only thing that was a little annoying was the sounds of airplanes landing and taking off "next door" and the sounds of the engines from the race track nearby. The sounds were fairly muted but there if you opened the windows. If it weren't for that, this place would get a perfect score from me. ^__^

Wasn't bad. Hotel experience was quite satisfactory. Average quality rooms, can be a little noisy if there are many other guests there besides you. I wish the caffe was open for more besides the free breakfast - No restaurant at hotel. But the free breakfast in the morning is great! Very nice staff. I would stay here again; stay was okay.

The hotel was great. Free breakfast everyday. Nice rooms. It was nice having an actually bedroom separate so my friend could crash there. Everything seemed clean except the pool didn't look to tempting but I didn't swim there at all and didnt really care. Kinda wish there was a hot tub or something. Other than that it felt right at home or a home away from home

We visited the area to visit family and attend a family wedding. The hotel was clean and neat and the continental breakfast was good. There was free wireless internet which made it worthwhile. Unfortunately we were hoping to spend some time in the pool and the pool area was not kept clean and neat. When we went down to the pool in the morning there were only two clean towels and the area was full of used towels and the pool did not have the filter on and it was full of bugs. I went to the front desk to talk to them, but after waiting 5 minutes while the desk clerk was on the phone, i left. In addition, we had two nights with some rediculously noisy neighbors. Children running screaming down the halls at 10:30pm and the next night a few young men who were terribly rowdy at 1 am kept us from getting a good nights sleep.

Visited family and went to the Aquarium. This hotel was a distance away from where I had intended to stay but it was worth it. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
