Denver, CO trip
When I first got to my room, I noticed there was no TV. The toilet plugged up and the hairdryer did not work. I went to the desk and requested a new room. She told me I would have to wait till after 3 to see if a room was available. Thank god there was. I stayed 4 nights, 5 days with no maid service.

decent lodging
It was clean and quiet. The check-in was a little drawn out and the remote control for the TV didn't work which seems standard anymore. I would stay there again for the price.

I went to Colorado for traveling. This place is very reasonably priced, and I had such a gr8 and pleasant time there. The only thing I regret was that no continental breakfast was offered.

Great location and price
We have stayed here twice and have had a very good stay. I have a baby and the kitchette is wonderfull. The front desk was great and gave us extra blankets to put on the floor for the baby.

There is a bar on 2151 Lawrence street called the Quixote's True Blue I saw Atomga Groove Alliance and they were awesome. Great place and great people had a blast.

Homestead DTC - Inverness
Perfect location. However, the property type was so economical that it offered outside entry only - not as secure as we like. The non-smoking room had an ashtray full of discarded butts that was hidden away above microwave. Discovered it too late to change rooms. We were offered a free night in the future.

This was Alright...
I got the room because my boyfiend was working out of town and this was a very easy place to get to. Its right off the highway with lots of shops and resturansts around. Our room was like any other motel room except there was a refrigerator, microwave, stuff to cook with (pot and pan) stuff to eat with (plates,silverware,cups). Our room was not fully turned as there was very little toilet paper and the bathroom trash was not taken out...but over all a nice room to stay in!

Everything was as described and suited my needs perfectly. I always enjoy staying at Homestead.

The Colorado Athletic at Inverness is 4 minutes away, and since I was there USTA districts tennis championships, it was perfect.

One week stay
Adequate with some issues
The location was very convenient and the staff very friendly and helpful. The convenient location also means that there is no escaping highway noise all hours of the day (unless you are in a unit on the backside). There were many young tenants with skateboards and BMX bike; I had no problems but always worried about things getting rowdy.
