Quiet, roomy, and clean
Stayed here for Durango iron horse bike race with husband, 2 teenage sons, and mother-in-law. Great value for the money. My only complaint was it was hard to cool the condo down--no ceiling fans or A/C and it retained heat. Otherwise--a great
stay!

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
I should have listened to some of the other reviews. It was very hard and frustrating trying to find the place we check in at. It was a ghost town! The staff was very unfriendly and if we needed anything there would have been no one around to help
us! The room we stayed in was very old and the decorating was very outdated. The bed was awful!! I would not stay at this location again! It was also about 30 min. away from downtown Durango.

Our leisurely trip was hit with a suprise when we arrived and the front desk was closed. We had to back track to another resort to check in. And, IF we wanted to use the fitness center and pools, we had to use the other resort as well. NOT AT
ALL convenient or practical. If I would have known this was the set up, I would have never set up this reservation. It would have been helpful to know this bit of IMPORTANT information when searching locations. Specially when reviews from others said this was the place to be.

Cascade village se trouve à 45
Cascade village se trouve à 45 kms de Durango ce qui ne facilite pas les sorties dans la ville.
Sinon le site est magnifique et l'appartement immense.
Le matériel est déjà en partie détérioré.
