Ovewral great stay!

THe hotel was great. This was mainly due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff (On all shifts!) The standard room was advertised to be 550 sqft, however the room I got was small. I upgrade to the oone bdrm suite. The hotel is within a short walk to major attractions, sporting events and resturants. I will definitely stay at the Ritz again when I come to Denver

Check-in and valet issue

When we arrived at the hotel there were no valet attendants in sight and there was no one manning the front desk. We literally had to walk around to find someone to check us in, park our cars, and handle our luggage. Very disappointed with my Ritz Carlton experience.

Perfectly Practical!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff greeted us every time they saw us. They were helpful, knowledgable, and interested in making our experience exceptional. The service was right on par with the elegant, clean, and luxurious decor and amenities of the hotel. We received very good service--and therefore did not mind paying relatively high prices for extras like parking, in room movies, and room service. Location was so central that restaurants, the theatre, and shops--were all within easy walking distance. One additional plus is that that its location was not encumbered by much traffic.. This part of downtown Denverwas safe, easy to navigate and very clean. I highly recommend it!

Check out Sam'sNo.3 Diner --just 3 blocks south of the hotel for excellent breakfasts and a lively side of Denver. Everything we tried was good--and the attetive wait staff kept the coffee cup filled. Yummy & FUN rolled into one!

awesome place

The location is great and the staff is amazing. They totally go out of their way to make sure you are happy and are SO great about giving advice about restaurants and tourist spots. They will make sure everything is taken care of for you, right down to booking your super shuttle to the airport! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. And the gym is great!

Fabulous service and so much more!

The Ritz was excellent. Service was fantastic - everyone was helpful and friendly. Room was large, very quiet and well-maintained. Spa was wonderful. We used the hotel valet - it was never more than 5 minutes from the time we called to the time we got our call. I would stay there again in a second.

No better than a Marriott

The customer service was poor starting from the check in to drinks at Elways and check out. I requested two double beds and got a King in a handicap room....they would not exchange. It was nothing special. If you are looking for a little extra you will not get it here.

Superb friendly service

The hotel was a perfect location for the 16th Street Mall. It was also a great location for getting in and out of the city. It would have been great for the suite to have a small refrigerator provided for leftovers and water. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us all a great welcome each time we entered. The directions to our Rocky Mtn. trips and recommendations for restaurants were excellent.
