Super 8 Denver International Airport

This Super 8 is made and designed by the corporate stamp but the staff are just regular, decent people. I found the majority of them are easy going, attentive to my needs and carry out their duties professionally. It's a nice combination to have the structure of a corporation but still have real, down-to-earth people to deal with and take care of you.

I stayed here after a late flight in from NY and it was the perfect spot. The 24 hour shuttle from the hotel was extremely convenient and the staff was very friendly. The room was large and a great value.

Good hotel close to the airport. I would stay there again.

The room was fine except you and or hotel double charged me and I haven't got my money returned yet. The TV didn't work correctly for one day of my stay. It was a simple fix but they didnt efficient staff to correct the problem. Lastly, one staff personnel was not very nice and was the personnel that double charge my credit cards.

Great location and easy access to DIA! Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. Will definately stay again!

The price was too high for the hotel level. The TV set didn't work properly and the bath tube didn't flush. On top of that [...]charged me almost $ 30 on top of the regular rate!

Our 5 night stay at Super 8 Denver-Tower Rd., was beyond disappointing. The floors were dirty: after walking around in a clean pair of white socks in our room for only a few hours, the bottoms of my socks were dirty! UGH! Two of the lights in two of our rooms were missing lightbulbs, the lighting in the bathroom was poor & the bathroom fans did not work. The area where the microwave & mini-fridge was located had no lighting. The coffee supplies were limited & not resupplied, even after the maid cleaned the room. Their breakfast selection, which previously had been much better, was pitiful! The only fruit offered was a few bananas, which they were always out of, and a few oranges, which looked like they had been there for weeks, since they were shriveled & dry looking. They were always out of yogurts; no bagels or English Muffins, only white or wheat toast; only 1 trash can located in the dining room. It was like they were trying to get by with as little amenities as possible, skimping on the little things to make their guests feel more comfortable and "WOW" them! The indoor pool water was GREEN and looked as if they had not put any chlorine in it for months! There was only ONE computer available for guests to print out boarding passes, etc., so consequently there seemed to be several guests waiting in line to use the computer, which was also extremely slow. They did provide free Wi-Fi access, which was good & to be expected nowadays. The shuttle that they provide to & from the airport, was not always reliable from the airport pick-up side, but from the hotel to airport side, they were prompt & on time, even at our early 4:30 a.m. departure time. The ONLY positive part of our stay at this hotel was that the beds were extremely comfortable; and, the staff was friendly. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and will most likely go back to the Ramada Hotel, which was right across the street. None of us, all SIX, would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for other travelers.

After a week on a sleeper sofa it was great, great, great!! The room was spacious, clean and fully equiped. And the two queen beds looked and felt like luxury. The staff were very helpful; the only problem was our stay was too short. We had to catch a 6 a.m. plane and missed the continential breakfast. The price was great also--plus a free shuttle. The whole stay was a Deal!!!

I chose this hotel because of the excellent parking rate of $3 per day and normally would never have booked in to a Super 8 but the property was quite lovely, the beds and rooms nicely appointed, great breakfast and staff, great printing for docs I needed readily available, nice pool and hot tub and a superb jacuzzi suite. A totally worthwhile experience at a super price and not to be beaten parking, cheapest in DEN for long term trips. I will definitely go back to this property.

WAS THERE FOR ACESS TO THE AIRPORT. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN [...]!! THEY CHARGED ME 40 DOLLARS OVER THE ACTUAL PRICE SUPER 8 CHARGED.
