Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Only request need shower cap, more bathroom amenities. bathroom a bit small

Good value if you need to be close to the convention center.

Very convenient hotel located on Downtown Denver, closely located to the Free Downtown Shuttle. The hotel is very well kept, a mix of modern and classic. The breakfast area is very good. On our stay apparently something atypical happened for breakfast, they got out of several items on the breakfast buffet, it took several minutes and several trips to the breakfast area in order to accomplish our breakfast. We have asked for an explanation and the Manager/Employees had apologized for the incident. The next day they had improved their logistics and we didn't have to go through the same. At all times the staff was attentive and open to our critics. Besides that, our stay was great.

The Sheraton was in a great location with easy access to the 16th Street Mall and a ton of restaurants. It also has a great fitness room. Pool is also nice but it wasn't open since there was snow and ice around it. We will definitely stay there again.

Parking garage was a nightmare. Staff not confident at all mumbled. Then u check in have to stay across the street in the tower. Bathroom was so small. Would not stay here again

Wanted a clean hotel near 16th Street Mall to access entertainment venue. Clean Rooms even if they are located in older area (tower) Bathrooms are small and a tub/shower combo is not what I was expecting but it was serviceable. other than that room was quiet and clean and that is what we were looking for.

Best ever. Had the greatest time at this exact location. Hotel was very comfortable and clean.

That's when I'll go back. Everything is in good shape but overall the hotel is a loser, especially at a rate of over $200/night. The room was very awkwardly laid out. The TV was way off to one side and you could barely see it from the other side of the room. Lots of wasted space. The room didn't get cleaned the entire time I was there (3 days). The internet is not free. How can they justify no complimentary internet with a room rate that high? Well, the manager explained it to me like this: "Our hotel is going to be full during GABF weekend no matter what so we don't need you as a customer. Feel free to go to another property because there are a thousand people in line behind you." I will not be staying at this hotel, or any other Sheraton property, ever again.

I am very happy I overheard a conversation while on vacation last week. I was staying two nights at the Down Town Denver Sheraton and then moving to a hotel I could afford. I had asked the hotel clerk if there were any rooms available for less than $ 175.00 a night, but was told no. I awoke to a freight train going by my less expensive motel away from downtown at 2 AM. As I lay in that lumpy bed, I thought of what the woman had said to her friend. I got out my cell phone and searched for orbits and found the Orbitz link. It was easy to get a room for $ 99.00 in the Sheraton, just like the lady said. I enjoyed the rest of my vacation in a nice room with a King Sweet Sleeper. Thank You Orbitz.

I found this a great hotel with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. I used the valet parking service, which worked perfect.
