We're happy, Even if the pool was closed

We had a great stay at the Sheraton of downtown Denver. The only cons are the pool was closed for some reason which was VERY ... disappointing also the parking garage was also closed for remodeling. However service was prompt and polite the Valet the front desk and the maintenance. Their was a slight mistake with my room I was put into a double queen when I wanted a single king but was quickly moved and with no problem. The room I was then put into had a TV issue. It seemed before I hung up the phone there was a knock on the door from maintenance to fix the TV. everyone was very polite, my wife and I felt we where treated like were the only guests in the hotel. Location was perfect less then a 5 minute drive from Pepsi center for the Av's game, and right at the end of 16th street for shopping couldn't have asked for more(except the pool thing). First class service all the way I will recommend to friends and family.

Good hotel, unreliable transit to airprt

The hotel was great. The rooms were nice. There is complimentary internet downstairs in the lobby, and this area was a nice ... space to work in. The staff was friendly. If you are taking the shuttle to the airport, make sure that you make a reservation even if the hotel staff tell you that you do not need to. The shuttle is supposed to come every 15 minutes, but it took almost an hour (even after a phone call) for it to arrive. It does not come every 15 minutes so if you have a reservation, the shuttle company knows you are there waiting. (NOTE: the shuttle service is a separate company from the hotel.)

Great Time At The Sheraton!

We had a wonderful time and the hotel was close to all of the places we visited. We went to a music venue, dinner at a ... restaurant at the other end of the mall and we had drinks in your bar. The room and everything else was just right except for the concierge who was on duty on Saturday afternoon. He was unfriendly, never smiled, and made us feel uncomfortable. We asked him a simple question and he looked at us as if we were from mars.

The only issue i had was booking via Orbitz so i had to prepay for my whole stay up front. The last night my child got sick ... so i had to fly home 1 night early and the Hotel would not refund my last night. The manager whos name is [...] said to bad!!

We spent the night in Denver so we could go to the Bronco game the next day. Getting to the game the next day was really ... simple and stress free with the free mall buss and the light rail system there was nothing to it. A very pleasant experience.

When we arrived, the valet staff was great. The End. The hotel looks nice inside from the lobby and hallways, however, the ... rooms are small and show their age. Our door didn't latch but we didn't find this out until the 3rd day when we were messing around. It took engineering all day to fix. We went down to the lounge for breakfast...basically continental...and they brought us a bill for $32 (for two people). We found that getting billed for everything makes this place more expensive than the other hotels. (ie. $26/day for valet, and you have to valet, $11/day for internet, $32/day for breakfast). The best part of the hotel is Katie Mullen's bar at street level (not related to the hotel at all). The rooms are too small especially for a hotel claiming 4 or 5 stars. Never coming back.

I was there for a conference that actually was held down the street at the Hyatt. The price of the hotel and the location ... drew me to it. The Staff was very friendly, and accomadating. The items that I chose as a negative may have been due to the renovation so I don't hold that against them. The fittness center lacked equiptment. The Room lacked a Refrigerator, Safe and some Toiletries such as Bar Soap. Over all it was a very nice experience. Great Beds! and Linen.

Consider-it-Dan package for the Disco Biscuits @ Red Rocks. It was a wonderful stay. Luxurious rooms and the most comfortable ... beds ever. A mini fridge and microwave would have made the stay more comfortable. Also, free wifi in the hotel room is a must.

The hotel is located on the 6th Street Mall with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Nice area and the capitol is nearby. Close to the interstates as well for easy trips to the mountains or the airport.
