Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Downtown

Staying at this hotel saved me lots of money with all the complementary services: free breakfast every day, free shuttle to get me anywhere within 3 miles, free happy hour(dinner and drinks) Monday-Wednesday, free internet, other hotels nearby charge $10/day. The room itself was very comfortable, It was nice having the suite setup. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel, especially for the price. My first impression was the lobby and it was welcoming, clean and the staff friendly. The room was unbelievable, again, for the price. It's not a motel room, it's an apartment, complete with a full kitchen and living space. We were there only one night so we didn't need the kitchen but it's all there if you want to cook. And the room was so quiet - we could not hear any neighbors. We also liked the temperature control with a regular thermostat - not a loud clunky air conditioning unit in a window, going off and on all night. Oh - and the main reason we were there - to sleep! The bed was VERY comfortable and ample pillows that were also comfortable. A rare find in a motel! Go figure! The pool area was nice and clean and the morning breakfast offered a large variety of food. Not knowing what to do in Denver, we asked the nice man working the desk in the lobby and he suggested an area of town, not too far away, that had several blocks of restaurants and shops, plus the hotel shuttle would take and pick us up, so that's what we did. The shuttle pick-up was nice to have and worked out well. I highly recommend the Residence Inn and I'll gladly stay there again.

Given price and location it was very useful and conveniant for ita closeness to downtown. Staff is friendly. Shuttle picks you up in downtown whit a simple phone call. Our conference provides shuttle and that was useful as well. Room a little tiny for 2 people, sofa not the best. Overall very good tough. Breakfast ok.

We stayed here while interviewing at Regis University. It was a short stay, but the place is clean, the staff was friendly and it was located within walking distance to downtown Denver. They provide complimentary shuttle service which was convenient for the college, but unnecessary for downtown Denver. As long as you don't mind a mile walk. We enjoyed the walk and felt safe doing it. The weather was beautiful and we only wished we had a deck to sit out on to enjoy it. They also include a complimentary breakfast which was more than adequate. Great for families. Plenty of space.

We were in Dever for a convention. It was -10 degrees, we're from FL and we were not going to drive in the snow. The hotel has a shuttle and will drive you anywhere you want to go within a 3 mile radius. The room was like a townhouse, with a full kitchen, fireplace. Having the full kitchen with dishes, silverware,pots & pans, dishwasher certainly makes staying easier. you can cook at home instead of going out to eat. The hotel has breakfast and dinners as well,if I had read the calendar posted on the fridge I wouldn't have gone shopping,food was provided. We will certainly stay at Residence Inn again for our next trip.

The physical structure was average, in terms of amenities and cleanliness, but the suite layout was spacious and accomodating four our family of 4. The staff was friendly, and the hot breakfasts were very nice. What was most appreciated, however, was the hotels convenience to downtown (close enought to walk if ambitious), made more accesible by the courtesy shuttle opperated by the hotel. I was in town to attend a conference at the convention center, but the hotel was nicely situated for my family to pursue other attractions while there.

Rooms were satisfactory, staff very helpful, fantastic breakfast and a location you can't beat especially for the price.

Our room smelled as though either someone had been smoking in it - on further investigation - there was probably a large dog because the back of the bathroom door had dirty paw prints all over it.

We were there for pleasure. We usually stay in resort hotels, but didn't have the extra cash this year. Thought we couldn't go wrong w/ Marriott -- and with the representation of the premises online. Unfortunately our tub at home is bigger than the pool, so that was a bummer for our son. Luckily, we spent most of our time away from the room. Also, the free breakfast is offered from 6a till 8a. I don't know about you, but when I'm on vacation, I SLEEP IN! So I missed breakfast every day. We won't be staying there again. Staff was perfectly nice, it's just not what we're used to.
