Great location and superior value in the heart of Denver

This wallet-friendly hotel is situated in Denver's historic Capitol Hill district, known by locals as the home of small music venues, new restaurants and interesting architecture. No skyscrapers here, but the State Capitol, Courthouse and urban residences make for an interesting, diverse neighborhood, complete with urban dining and entertainment minus the tourist-trap feel. Audiophiles love the location, too, which is just across the street from the Fillmore Auditorium and an easy walk to the Paramount Theatre, Ogden Theatre and Bluebird Theatre.

Highlights
  • Close enough to downtown Denver, yet nestled in a thriving urban neighborhood with local restaurants, dining and music
  • Activities for all ages and interests within walking distance, including historical sites
  • Minutes from the Colorado Convention Center and State Capital
Rooms

After an action-packed day exploring Denver, come and relax in your comfortable room or suite. Each room provides basic amenities such as in-room coffee makers, irons, and safes for all guests. Although the rooms are not packed with luxury amenities and furnishings, value-minded guests return for on the clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

not so good.

I stayed here for a trip for work. The stay was not that great. I had a few problems with this hotel. The biggest was it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor/room and the entire hallway smelled of cigarettes. The smell slightly lingered into the room as well. The next problem i had was when i was getting ready I went to blow dry my hair and the dryer threw sparks at me. I called the front desk and they promptly brought me a new dryer, but they never apologized or acknowledged that my hair was almost on fire. The third main problem was that the parking lot filled up and one evening i was unable to park in the lot.

Good Location, Great People

The best part about the hotel is the service. Everybody was always happy to assist and help. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the main areas like Downtown, the 16th Street Mall, etc.. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. I will book it again.

Rock-mada!

I had a great 3 night stay at the Ramada. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Ogden Theater and the Fillmore Auditorium... great place to stay if you are in town to see a show at either of these venues.
