Nice surprise
We were there for a soccer tournament. A little nervous at outside room doors - but it was pretty protected from the interstate and we felt safe once there. Nice comfy bed - a little noise from other rooms would seep in - but able to sleep fine. Good basic breakfast - eggs, sausage, cereal etc. [...] at the front was very friendly and helpful.

There is a Mexican Restaurant 1/2 block away - it was the worst food possible.

Dallas to Denver
Airline was great, Hotel not so great!!! Location of hotel was but room was not very spacious, beds were old and hard and had requested hotel with indoor heated pool and shuttle svc from airport. Bathroom shower fixture was broken, pool was outdoor and closed and no shuttle svc provided Would give flight an A rating and hotel a B- rating

Just travelling thru
Don't do it.
Although the staff was nice about it, this hotel is NOT as advertised. It is NOT an airport hotel (the Quality Inn on Tower Rd is and is MUCH nicer). It has no airport shuttle. It is not even a hotel, only a motel. It is also very noisy. Their main clientele is long-haul truckers. They have a shuttle to the big rig lot that leaves at the top of every hour.

great!
I had a problem with my laptop not enabling the wireless and the front desk staff was so great in assisting me. This was late at night too and she didn't hestitate not even for a moment.Unfortunately my laptop didn't get resolved but she did however let me know to come to their computer and use it no problem. I did and was able to get the mapped out location of the place I had to be at in the morning. They also had no problem with me having a late check out...no extra charge for it....phew what a load of my shoulders too. Thanks Quality Inn y'all ROCK!!!!!!

terrible place, dream bed
Unfriendly at check-in, location neither restful nor quiet, reserved room for whole week, got hoorible room next to garbage and wall, got relocated.
