Very nice - would stay here again
Staff was very friendly; room was excellent, value was great; close to airport and had very efficient shuttle service.

Long walk from hotel
If you don't have transportation (i.e. using shuttle service to get to airport next morning) be sure to grab your evening meal before checking in. The only food close enough to walk was at a sports bar at the neighboring Holiday Inn and it was somewhat pricey.

Good Experience
We had to spend the night in Denver after an international flight. After staying in hotels in Europe, this was like being at home. Rooms were spacious had more than adequate amenities, and all was clean. The full breakfast bar opened at 5:00 Am, and the breakfast was included in the price, and was very good.

Great hotel near lots of attractions
Arrived to friendly staff, a clean lobby, and a very comfortable room. 10 minutes from DIA, and very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Slept well, woke up to delicious free breakfast. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Denver.

Denver Airport
This property is a good location! I was given a key to two different rooms that had undress women in them - third smelled strong of pepers... Forth room was a winner! Desk offered to pay our dinner but we were to tired to go out for dinner! Breakfast was good!

Poor customer service
Physical property was great. But the customer service was bad. Checked in and my wife went to the room, I returned the rental car to the airport. Waited at the airport for an hour for the shuttle, it never came. Wife called front desk, was told it would be there at 9 pm. At 9:15, caught a ride with the LaQuinta shuttle and walked over to my hotel. When I complained to the desk clerk, she just kept saying "ok", which it was not. As I walked away the 2 women desk clerks were laughing about it (yes, I could here what they said"). I had asked for the manager but was told he/she was not in at the time.

One night stopover
Our one night here was fine, the room was very clean and comfortable,especially the beds and those wonderful pillows. The breakfast, however, left something to be desired. The variety was there but it was obvious that the cheapest products had been used and the quality was very poor, especially the orange juice which was the poorest we had in the three weeks we travelled in the US I would like to commend highly 'Christie' on the reception desk who was inundated by people from the time we checked in around 6pm until she went off shift, which should have been 9pm, but was nearer 11pm. During the three or four times we passed through reception, she was dealing SINGLE-HANDEDLY with a constant stream of people checking in, telephone calls and answering questions. She had no help at all from other colleagues as there were none. This lady deserves a raise, you are not paying her enough for how she behaved on that evening, very professional and helpful in spite of the pressure she was under.

Overnight stay to take flight out of Denver
I think the hotel was recently renovated. Everything was very satisfactory. The only thing was that the in-room coffee was like colored water. I reported it to the front desk. They had very good coffee in the lobby/breakfast buffet.

There was a grocery store and gas station in a shopping area about 2 miles from the hotel. I bought food for our flight and filled the rental car with gas for a reasonable price.
