Cheap airport hotel

Hotel is in disrepair. Rips in carpet and walls. Desk staff finds it difficult to be accommodating. Won't go out of their way to be helpful or courteous. Continental breakfast area was a mess and there was little left at 8:00 am

Couple getaway

Staff was pleasant enough. Unable to get through to hotel from Logan Int Called hotel 17 times on courtesy phone at airport and line was always busy. Shuttle passed us and did not stop although we arrived early early evening. Next shuttle came an hour later. Also they were slow to answer when front desk called about problem with coffee maker. Finally, we were unable to utilize breakfast because our flight was at 0803 and we had to leave before 0630 and room service was also unavailable at thlis time.. All in all room was ok, service was good, carpet and couch in room were very stained, amentites such as breakfast could be improved upon For the price I did not feel we got a good value.

Not bad for a night.

Not a bad place to stay for just a night. hotel staff came by a little too often but a free shuttle to the airport was a great feature.

Good location to airport

We were on the ground floor at the end of the hallway and ALL NIGHT, the night staff kept using that side door and slamming it. I felt like I was up all night. The clerk at the desk was wonderful!

Horrible Hotel

This is a horrible hotel. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and the front desk offered a much lower rate[...] upon checkin.Would not recommend this hotel nor stay there again.

Microtel Review

The hotel itself was fine. Unfotunately, we were traveling with a baby, and we had to wait over an almost 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle service.
