Great way to visit Denver

The room was super and the staff could not have been better. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. I was in Denver to see my son and grand children where I usually stay, but no more. From now on when I travel to see them I will stay here. Outstanding service and great location.

Short Enjoyable Visit

I got there later than expected yet they held the room for my arrival. The check-in person was polite, friendly, and efficient. My room was clean and well appointed and best of all, came with free WiFi. I left early the next morning thinking I may have found a new favorite place to stay in downtown Denver.

SURPRISE BIRTHDAY FOR FIANCE

From the moment we saw the "Bellmen"[who I have to say was the best and very helpful] to the time we left, everything was great. We met Pepe at the end of a long day, which we enjoyed a Grand Marnier and who gave us alot of info on the area. I had never stayed at a "magnolia Hotel" but I will again. Thank you for a lovely getaway!!!! Lyn & Ed Brosch

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The staff was well informed. I worked for a major hotel chain for many years, so I know quality when I see it.

They go the extra mile!!

From the moment we stepped out of our taxi we got first class treatment. This hotel really appreciates your business. Only one suggestion. They really should install safety bars in the bath/shower. My husband slipped and skinned his elbow. Thankfully he did not have a bad fall. I have noticed in my travels that a lot of hotels need to do this.

Magnolia

Everything was great. Staff was incredible, despite the hotel being very busy with guests and weddings and events! Managers reception - cocktail hour was loads of fun. Free breakfast is NICE - much better food than I've ever seen for a free meal. Room was nice. Housekeeper was very very sweet but forgot a few things along the way. Not a huge deal.

Downtown 7/30/10

Nice hotel with a great location and history. Room was not as clean as I would have hoped, and we didn't have enough towels. However, the happy hour, cookies and breakfast made up for anything the room lacked.

Diamond in the rough!

The Magnolia is a diamond in the rough! The curb appeal make you wonder what you have done but that doesn't last long. The valet opens the door and you know you have hit the motherload. The lobby is unassuming but make you feel easy right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they were brought immediately. We asked for a cab and the hotel suggested the courtesy car drive us and pick us up instead. Breakfast was provided, not continental but a complete breakfast in pleasant surroundings with very accommodating staff. The Magnolia reminded us of one of the magnificent small hotels in New Orleans...charm, service, and personal attention to detail. If we go back to Denver, we'll go to the Magnolia!
