Denver La Quinta
The rooms were pretty clean and orderly and the staff was extremely friendly, however, the location is horrible. It's right off the freeway, near a liquor store and bar which contributed to people drinking and chatting in the parking lot after hours. Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor, next to the freeway and facing the parking lot. Not great at all but we couldn't get another room unless we were willing to trade our king for two twins! Will not be staying here again.

problem-filled stay
1. Assigned smoky room when non-smoking requested. 2. No lights worked except bathroom, had to plug them in myself. 3. No drain stopper in tub - had to ask for one. 4. Toilet broke while we were there-took long time to fix 5. Closest ice machine to room broken 6. Security card-key lock from balcony to main building broken and held open with duct tape. 7. Do Not Disturb sign stolen from door one morning

Good for us.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for about 4 nights while looking for a place to live iin Denver. We were first put in a smoke smelling room and when we complained they upgraded us to a much more comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this La Quinta again if we need to. Also, the staff were very friendly.

"great location for price"
Location location, staff very friendly, clean rooms, great flat screen tv and good breakfast in the lobby area. Swimming pool is outside but clean. Hotel off the interstate but traffic noise was minimal. Overall i would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be staying for from downtown.

Clean and comfortable
This hotel is not a five-star hotel by any means, but it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located minutes from downtown Denver. The rooms are decent sized and surprisingly quiet. The outdoor pool was nice and staff was very friendly. There is free breakfast that is just so-so, but it works. The rooms do have outside entrances.

Hotel was in great location for acess to downtown Denver, Coors field, Elitches, etc. One of our rooms was great. The second room smelled of smoke lights in bathroom did not work, moved to another room and the AC did not work. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Probably will not stay again.
