Worst hotel ever!
There was blood and puke dried around the sink area. Dead spider carcasses were smashed on the walls around the shower. The walls were crumbling and water damaged badly. The toilet would rock side to side when sat on. Then, on top of it all, we found bedbugs crawling on the sheets on one of the beds. We left immediately, I don't know how this place isn't condemned.

Cheap but good
The price and location of this hotel make up for just about anything negative. Staff is difficult to find and there is no continental breakfast but my room was cleaned and restocked each day regardless of when I left the room for the day. Yes there do appear to be some people who live there but I was never bothered by them or anything they were up to. Id stay in the hotel again, no questions asked.

Knights Inn Denver - Worst Ever
This hotel is very poorly maintained. It appears ready to demolish and rebuild. Carpet torn, bath fixtures replaced cheaply, electrical outlets bad, lamps broken, holes in floor, no cooler, no window or operable door for air.

Value for money, but one star only
Easy access to I-25 and downtown but very noisy had to call security because of noise issues. People who stay there were all noisy one was grilling in the balcony with smoke all over the place, some were drinking beer sitting on the stairs. Teenage girls started using the pool and shouting at 1am. Ladies next room look like were reuniting after years and would not shut up at noght [had to call security now after having enough of it all]. Upstairs loud TV was going on. Because of the price this place attracts certain kind of guests, DEFINITLY not for business people. Would never stay there again. Thought I'll just use room to sleep and shower and dared to ignore the reviews but now I got my lesson. Stay away if you are looking to get some rest at night.

Worst hotel i've ever stayed in
First off I arrived at 1:30 and was told there were no rooms available until check in at 3:00 pm. The girl at the desk didn't even look up my name or a room in the computer and for some reason was pretty snotty. I took a seat and watched a large group of people check into two different rooms. I then went to the other girl at the desk and asked if they would have anything opening up before 3:00, and she took my name and looked me up and said yes, your room is ready. Hmm, how hard would that have been to do for the other girl? Then the other girl came over and said his room isn't ready, they are fixing the locks. That was a bit alarming, and I took a seat, and five minutes later my room was ready. Hard to believe that they finished just a couple minutes later. So I go up to the room, saw rat traps underneath the stairs. Walk in the room, there are holes in the carpet, no alarm clock, paint peeling off the headboards, no lock at all on the sliding glass door. They just put a metal bar in to keep the door from opening. So I go into the bathroom, where there was 1 bar of soap for me and my roommate, and no shampoo. Turn on the shower and the handle fell off, and the knob just kept turning, eventually I was able to find the proper setting to get hot water. Then when I tried to turn the light off in the bathroom it wouldn't go off without flipping the switch up and down a few times. To be fair, the girl who was pretty nasty at check in was fairly helpful the next day helping us get a cab. It was still pretty comical how bad this place was. Price was great though.

You get what you pay for
We stayed at this hotel in order to go to a Rockies game. Location was ok. The place looked like a dump and everythig was broken in and out of the room. I did not feel very safe at all.
