Beautiful Hotel, Fantastic Location
Beautiful Hotel,The food at Altitudes in the hotel was fantastic. The indoor Gym had the latest updated equipment, (I loved that there wasn't an additional fee to use). Staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do in Denver. Great location right downtown across from the Colorado Convention Center. We were close to malls and other great restaurants within walking distance. Would definatley stay here again.

A fabulous experience!
On a week-end with many activities occurring outside the doors like Denver Day of Rock and the Art Festival.... we got in town early, our room was ready and we could check in at 9:30AM, no questions asked. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The Regency Club level is superb. A quick snack, breakfast or in between. This was a real benefit for us. Parking was easy to come and go at our whims. To top it off, my husband and I enjoyed a phenomenal concert hearing three of our favorite bands at Red Rocks Amphitheatre which was only 30 minutes away. It doesn't get much better than that! Thanks for a great week-end. We'll definitely come again!

Location Location Location
I chose this hotel because of the reviews, and it did not disappoint, it is in the heart of the city with extraordinary service, great views, and a very reasonable price. Did I mention the service; it is uncommon to receive this type of attention, they really go out of their way to meet your needs. We were in line to asked the concierge about a specific event, there were about three people in line when a gentleman came over to help (reduce the wait time), he was not aware of the event so we left, fifteen minutes later he came up to us in the lobby and told us that he had located some information and would print it out if we would like it so we went over to the counter and got the information, needless to say I was very impressed.

Parking at the hotel is not cheap between $24 and $28 dollars a day. If you don't need a car take the shuttle for about $40 round trip.

Great Downtown location
This is a first class Hyatt property not to be confused with the Grand Hyatt down the block, which is an older property! Hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the 16th street mall shuttle which means quick easy access to the entire city, entertainment and restaurants. More importantly, this Hyatt is top of its class! They have the most amazing fitness center I have ever seen in a hotel - huge facility with top notch equipment and beautiful views. This FC would rival most independent health clubs! I travel every week for business, so I tend to be pretty critical of hotels, but this one just entered my top 5 favorite hotel stays, which is a pretty tough list to compete on considering I travel the globe! The staff was all amazing, friendly and attentive - and this service during the middle of a 10,000 person conference that overtook most of downtown area. It's easy for hotel staff to be nice when they aren't busy, but this place was mobbed, and still no one missed a beat - not even the valets! I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my car, and they were all polite and eager to help me! Beds were amazing, views were superb, food was great, office space was versatile and large, bathrooms were clean, lobby was immaculate, staff was impeccable - need I say more? 5 stars across the board! Business or leisure – I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants that posh hotel experience!

16th Street mall is 2 blocks from this property and they have a free shuttle that will take you the entire length of the city. Many restaurants reside along and adjacent to the mall. At one end you will find Lodo which has an abundance of night life, restaurants and the Rockies baseball stadium. Downtown Denver is a very safe place to stroll around, and the weather is perfect in the summer and fall!
