Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites DENVER AIRPORT

Same great quaility and cleanliness you would expect from Holiday Inn Express.

We arrived at the airport Holiday Inn Express in Denver, CO and the staff member asked if we needed a wake up call or a complimentary shuttle pick up to the airport. We requested a 6 am shuttle pick up for our 7:30 am flight the next morning. She very bluntly said that there was limited seating for the shuttle and it was already full for that time slot. We asked if we could get 5:30 instead. She replied that the only shuttle that was still available was the 4:30. She did not offer to help in any way to make other arrangements and rejected all requests to accommodate us for our flight in the morning. We asked if they had agreements with any of the surrounding hotels for shuttles to which she stared blankly and refused to act on our behalf. After begging her to call the hotel next door instead of walking across dark parking lots, she finally called the hotel next door (in an angry mood) and easily got us on the shuttle without any trouble. She then assigned us the incorrect type of room and we had to return to the front desk for a room re-assignment. When we got on the shuttle in the morning, there was plenty of seating and no one was left behind. The staff when we checked in was unaccommodating, rude, and obviously well versed in dealing with this problem.

The hotel stay was good enough but the staff (especially of the younger generation) was a bit green and did not know how to treat the priority club members.

Transportation from the airport was nice, except the drivers need to inform people which Holiday Inn they are going to. I was confused at first when the driver of the Holiday Inn van told me he didn't go to Holiday Express. He didn't explain that he only goes downtown, nor did he explain that a van to Express would be coming. He just stated that he didn't go to Express and left. So we asked questions of the airport staff and found out that the Inn and Express were next door to one another, leaving us completely confused. Finally the Express van did show up and that driver did explain the two different areas. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful! We actually ended up booking the Express right behind the Inn and actually wanted the amenities that the Inn had- but the staff was quick to inform us that we could just easily walk across the lot and enjoy the amenities there as well. Turned out perfect!

I have an allergic reaction to Down Feathers and most hotel can replace the pillows on request. This hotel just removed the pillows and did not have an alternative. The down in the blankets and room cause me to have the allergic reaction I was concerned about. I won't be staying at any of these hotels again.

only one night 5 PM to 5 AM. a seemingly new man at front desk, didnt have all the answers, but was backed up nicely. I wish they could have picked us up at the car rental instead having to go to airport then get picked up. All in all not a bad expierence, a bit more than we wanted to pay.

We only needed a clean quiet and comfortable room for the night before flying home to Massachusetts. We had traveled through much of Colorado over 17 days and we were very pleased with the quality,comfort and quiet that the room provided.

My husband & I were on vacation. We rented a car & drove to Pikes Pike, Cheyenne WY, and local State Parks. This Hotel is in a perfect location to come home to each night. We stayed 6 nights in the same room with no problems at all. The room was always clean when we returned each evening. I would recommend this Hotel to my friends & family.

We flew into Denver to go to a Colorado Rockies Baseball game. I picked this hotel by chance. Have never stayed there before, but I definately will chose this Holiday Inn Express Hotel. It was a very nice and clean room and bathroom. We have stayed in many hotels and this has to be the nicest especially for the reasonable rate. The girl at check in was very busy but she was awesome and very curtious.

Overnite to catch early flight in AM. Clean, quiet, comfortable. All you need nearby.
