lots of hidden fees
there is ONLY valet parking... no option to park your own car. this added a 28 dollar charge per night to the hotel cost. also, there was no continental breakfast. i am a big breakfast eater and the option to have continental is a great money saver. they do however have a restaurant on site titled PIE, but buyer beware. the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! 13.50 for the equivalent of a continental breakfast buffet, not including drinks. Another con, the advertised "mountain View room" is as advertised... a view of the mountains, but be aware that the mountains are about 15 miles away so its not exactly breathe taking. other than that the hotel was as usual hotels go. a pool and hottub. excercise room is average. the bed is comfortable and the room is neet and stylish. i do recomend this hotel if the above cons are accaptable to you. the location makes this hotel great. there is a ton of stuff to do at the 16th street mall, located 2 blocks away.

the 16th street mall is 2 blocks form this hotel. this is a great place to spend days shopping and nights at local bars or fancy pants restaurants.

Great access to Convention Center and 16th Street
A professional conference brought me to Denver. As such, I wanted easy access to the Convention Center and this location definitely provides easy access. The location was also within two blocks of the 16th Street Mall and the free shuttle service provided there. I found the location, the hotel staff and the accomodations quite enjoyable..

It was a great experience.
I loved the gym, pool and hot tub as an added perk. The room was great with an awesome view of the Rockies.

You can walk 2 blocks to be on the 16th street mall. It has everything including bowling, movie theaters, art gallery, dining and so much more.

Memory foam beds
Service was very good, smiling helpful staff. Rooms clean, good location. Only downside, and this is probably a personal preference, but the beds are all made with memory foam and I slept terribly. Give me a good firm mattress anyday, I won't stay at another hilton because of those beds.

Great place for the price.
The Hilton Garden was well located in downtown Denver and was within easy walking distance of many restaurants and mall shuttle. Walking distance to Coors Field was doable. Friendly hotel staff too. We really enjoyed our Denver stay.

If you don't want to walk there is the 16th Street Mall shuttle that is free and you can ride it to get closer to many restaurants and bars.
