While the motel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of many downtown locations, I found it to be average in ... styling and rooms small in size. We tried the Sunday Brunch and the buffet was picked over and not replenished; hardly worth what we paid for it. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked with deserved a "thumbs up" for customer service.

I attended a conference at this hotel and it was fine but I would not do an upgrade again. The Business Plan only included ... "wired" internet which to me was ludicrous. I had upgraded particularly for the amenity of wireless so that I could access the internet from my room and while attending conference seminars. The location was good but absolutely no view from the room. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The room itself was clean, well-arranged and comfortable. Just go for a standard package if you're staying here and you'll be sure to enjoy your stay.

Convenient, nice, and unexciting
Gil Sep 9, 2009
I arrived at about 1 in the morning and check-in was very smooth, clerk was helpful and friendly. When I came down for ... breakfast at 7 the next morning, the dining room was completely empty. Although it is typical, I resent paying $12 for a bowl of cereal and cup of coffee. Got back in evening and lobby bar had emptied out; I had a glass of wine and a duck/goat cheese quesadilla that was pleasant but not great. Hotel dining room did not look exciting. To get on line that evening, I had to pay ten bucks, which, again, I resent because any cheap motel truck drivers stay in gives you free internet. To add insult to injury, when I got up the next morning I tried to send a last minute, pretty important email, and could not get on line, though the ten buck charge was supposed to cover 24 hours. Also, I needed to print out a two page memo, and had to go across the street and pay Kinko's to do that, because hotel did not have business center. In short, very nice hotel with very good service, so-so food, and nickel and dime attitude toward extra services.

Lovely at the Grand
Broncos Fans Sep 1, 2009
This was a scheduled rendez-vous for a Broncos game we do each year. We opted for the Grand since Adam's Mark has left ... Denver. Overall, excellent. Loved the location, a bit off 16th Street and nearby the Trinity Grille (an all-time fav restaurant around the corner). All nine of us . . . loved the hotel and the lobby bar service - great barkeep, the bell service (OOPs, some of our bags were placed in the wrong vehicle as we departed) in general. Good room service and everything looked great.

Denver Nights
Mom Dad + 4 boys Aug 21, 2009
Check in was not efficient. The hotel could not accomodate our family with two rooms near to each other. Our kids ended up ... getting yelled at by a man trying to sleep at 10:00pm. when they really weren't loud. Then I realized that he must have thought we were this other fammily that had little kids who were also back and forth between rooms. Also heard security in the hall during the night regarding an issue. It just was not a pleasant stay. More like a huge unslumber party. Didn't feel safe or secure. I would look for another hotel before ever going back. Plus, don't get fooled by Denver tourism as this is right near great shopping. It wasn't. The shopping was a row of discounters with one or two hopeful, trendy shops thrown in.

There's a boulevard with tons of reasonably priced restaurants one block away. And I would not recommend parking in the hotel valet, too expensive. There's a lot across the street that was only $18 / day verses the hotel lot that was twice as much almost.
