Planned my stay to have a workout and watch the Yankees Angels playoff game. No ability to change the station (three tv's)in ... the fitness room. When I called to ask for assistance was told that it has been three weeks they have been waiting for a new remote. Hotel should throw out the old tv's, get some flat screened sets and multiple remotes to replace those that disappear!!!!!

The staff is great, the rooms were clean, the location was great! The only downfall was no free continental breakfast. ... However... There was a small fridge, and I was able to purchase a 1/2 gallon of milk and cereal so that worked out okay. This hotel was close to everything!! The beds were VERY comfortable too!

Excellent location for visiting Denver area, adjacent to I25. It was an easy drive from the airport. Shopping (Walmart/Target ... etc.)was nearby. Our room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the mountains. The bathroom was very clean with good counter space. We did not eat in the hotel.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit family in Colorado. It is centrally located. The kids enjoy the indoor and ... outdoor pools. They have a nice breakfast buffet. It is not a fancy hotel and the room are kind of small, but for the money, it works for us.

Great Location, Bad Service
family vacationers Aug 3, 2009
We got a great price and the rooms were decent. We never got room service to clean and/or make the room for the weekend that ... we were there. Checking in the service was great, but when we were leaving management was not very cooperative with us and would not help us in any way. We never had time to eat in the morning so I can't say how the food was. The fitness center was good, and the location is right by the highway, but it was kind of difficult to get to from the off ramp.

Part of a very satisfactory package
Eleven11 Jul 26, 2009
We used the hotel only as a jumping off place to visit friends and family. We got it in a package deal and it met all of our ... (admittedly low) expectations. The luxury feel made it better than two other motels in the South Denver metro area. It was a little cavernous with the recession and many empty rooms. It would have been nice to have had the complementary breakfast available at some hotels.

There is a good breakfast place down the roard to the East near the McDonalds. (But avoid the hollendaise sauce).

So - So Hotel
Annie Jun 25, 2009
Called 2x to confirm that we were booked in the room that we requested and upon checkin we were in a differnet room. Had to ... argue a bit with the staff who wanted to charge us an additional $30 a night for the room that we reserved. Finally settled in and really enjoyed the view from the 11th floor. Throughout our stay the staff was not friendly at all. No smiles or "hello's" in the hallway. Food is VERY expensive so we did not eat at the hotel at all. Continental breakfast was $11.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Beautiful Boulder and vicinity(Boulder World on Broadway St. for Tibetan jewelry); Wynkoop's Brewery; The Tattered Cover Bookstore; Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. Skip the 16th St. Mall except for the Hard Rock Cafe. Breakfast at either Marie Callender's(only one in Colorado) or Breakfast King, both of which are excellent. DINING: Make reservations at The Fort in Morrison, which is very easy to drive to from the hotel. You will not be disappointed.
--Poppy, Asheville, NC Jun 5, 2009

--Future Colorado Resident, Rancho Cucamonga, CA Jun 2, 2009
At the recommendation of a friendly lady at the desk, we tried the BAGEL DELI, within walking distance. A family-owned business, they offer a delightful menu and terrific service. Starbucks is also within walking distance--always nice. Other great dining: The Blue Cow in Morrison, and the Cherry Creek Grill in the Cherry Creek district: Macho Salad is amazing!
