Beware of Noise
We were awoken at 4AM by women talking loudly sounded like they were in our room. They were next door. We pounded on the wall and they pounded back. Desk clerk said he would check on it. Cheapest hotel we could find and now we know why. Appears walls are made of paper.

Run!
This place was falling apart. The beds had no fitted sheet so we just slid around all night. When you shut the door, part of the wall in the bathroom would fall off. There was no toilet paper in the room and when I asked a cleaning lady for some she replied that the hotel was out of toilet paper. Remote control to TV had been taped together and didn't work anyway. The iron in the room just got my clothes wet and didn't iron them. The location is right next to a 24-hour XXX theatre beside a major interstate. I also could find no dining nearby...only the XXX theatre. If I could find no other location in town....I might stay here.

The first night we got there we noticed there was no ice bucket in the room , we call downstairs to the front desk and ask them for a ice bucket they said they'd be right up.. the whole vacation we stayed for 5 days they never bought us up a ice bucket. the beds are very hard and uncomfortable! They said the breakfast was free..we get there its $3 for breakfast which includes cerael, and bagels. the elvators are verryy worn down the hotel smells like dog pee..its just very worn down. i DO NOT reccomend this hotel at all! you get what you pay for.

Worst hotel ever.
Worst hotel stay ever!!
The staff was rude and unpleasant. Of the 12 channels on television only 6 had sound. The free Wi-Fi didn't work. At around midnight the air in my room went out. I had a 3:30 am flight.

Enlightened traveler
barely acceptable
The price for this hotel is good, and the location is pretty good. It is in the central part of denver, and there are a few small shopping areas just down the street. Impossible to find. The address says it is on quebec street. There are three quebec streets in seperate parts of denver, and the hotel itself is not actually on any one of them. The rooms are suites with a "kitchenette". This was all good, however, it is impossible to use a kitchen if there are no dishes. There was nothing in this room. All we got were Phone books, an Ice bucket and few styrofoam cups. This hotel is barely acceptable at best. Everything was clean enough, and the staff was nice enough, but the facility itself needs some money put into it. It seems like someone bought an old hotel that went bankrupt and reopened it with some new sheets on the bed.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel, this is your place. It is a really good rate for a room. It is in a good location, and it will suffice if you are on a tight budget. But, you could add just $10 a night and get a much better hotel in just as good a location. You would probably be much happier.

Never again
Double beds needed queen. Slow draining tub, fixtures barely hanging on the wall, air conditioner was extremely loud. Felt dirty. Breakfast was cold cereal and toast. Hard to get to from the interstate. Will never stay here again.
