was once a nice hotel
The staff were friendly, but the building and rooms are in need of remodeling. They are getting old and wore down. Everything seemed to be clean however, and was good enough for the price we paid for the night.

Kind Receptionist - Bad Hotel
this hotel was a permanent residence for about 90% of it's guests :( there were police in the parking lot when we arrived, residents working on their vehicles, people stared at us as we walked on the dilapadated stairs. The room was old, there was about an inch of space at the threshold of the door where air (and who knows what else) could come in, the door didn't lock properly, the toilet didn't flush well and we left within an hour of checking in. Had to find another hotel on our own. Later in the weekend a taxi driver noted that when he gets calls to pick up people at that hotel he won't take the call! We did not feel safe.

stay somewhere else
stayed here in the late 80's - figured by now they would have cleaned / remodeled something. No trash cans in the room - heater didn't work - really bad smells through out.

I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me
Once I got there it started getting bad. I had to wait 20 minutes to get service cause the manager was too busy yelling at the staff. The place is full of prostitution and drug deals. The rest of the staff only pays attention to you if they are gonna yell at you for something like a child trying to take the rest of his orange juice back to there room in a disposable cup. I thought Days Inn would be ok but even the PediCabs know better wouldn't take use back there from the Broncos game. And to go on there were lots of stains on the carpets no outlets for the bathroom, visibly clogged vents in the bathroom and an A/C unit that was being held in with clear box tape

mouse turds
This was the worst ever!! The room was very dirty. A drink was left in the room from a previous guest. The coffee pot had used tea bags left in them. When I pulled the covers back there was a rat turd and pee stays in the bed. The front desk was very rude. We went to another hotel. I have stayed at that hotel many times, but i will never go back.

Not Bates Motel, but in the neighborhood
This motel is old. The rooms were clean, but outer hallways, stairwells and elevator were filthy. Elevator and one TV didn't work first day there. No coffee at breakfast last two mornings. Maybe the second worst motel I have ever stayed at.

U get what u pay for
Denver was a last minute detour that we didn't originally budget for so when started looking for a hotel not too far from the main parts of Denver we decided to save $25 a night by staying here rather than the ramada inn downtown. The hotel is easy to get to right off the freeway. It's not in the greatest neighborhood and is one of those places that rent by the month. The rooms had that old musty hotel smell, the carpet was sticky so we wore shoes or flip flops at all times. Sheets smelled clean and the room itself was clean so that was a plus. If ur looking for a cheap place to stay then be ready to get what you paid for. Another plus was that it wasn't loud surprisingly even though it was near the freeway and of course it was easy to get to and only a 10min drive from downtown Denver.

bed bugs
We stayed one night just looking for a quick night's stay before going up into the mountains for skiing. The staff was quite accommodating, the hotel was base but was located near the stadium and we supposed it was ok for a night's stay. Wrong.... bed bugs!!!.. discovered in the morning after we drove away. My daughter had 10 or 12 welts spring up that morning. Believe me, they are aware...many phone calls were made. We won't be visiting this hotel any time soon.
