The Country Inn Hotel was very warm and welcoming. Located in a good area, dining facilities nearby, shopping center down the ... road. Staff was very friendly. Pool and exercise room was accessible at convenient hours.Complimentary breakfast was great!

No shopping around the hotel. If you are going for shopping, you need your own transportation or the shuttle takes you to park and ride and then you can take the city bus, which we did one day to downtown.

A nice country style hotel

We checked in late and the wrong room number was written on our key envelope but it was quickly fixed and we were in our ... room. The shower tab on the tub faucet didn't open all the way so most of the shower water came out of the tub faucet. The first day we had breakfast was about 9:00 and the french toast was cold and hard. The second morning we had breakfast earlier and the food was warm and good to eat. All in all, the hotel was very nice and clean. It was quiet and the heater worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and each room had nice amenities. We would stay again.

My husband and I just came back from a 5 day stay. It was our first time to visit Denver. We had a wonderful time. The ... hotel was nearly perfect and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Very accomodating. We went on tours thru Gray Line and they picked us up and dropped us off after the tour. We just sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the rocky mountains and downtown trips. We plan on returning soon.

I had come to believe that customer service was a thing of the past. However, I cannot say how wonderful the staff at this ... facility was. Everyone was very accomodating and super friendly. In addition, they were extremely knowledgeable. Gave me perfect directions to the nearest service station and succinct directions to car rental return. It doesn't matter how beautiful the accommodations are if the service stinks. The staff at Country Inn should be commended.

The desk staff was very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. the rooms was larger than I expected and very clean. The ... bed was comfortable. I didn't have a chance to use the pool or workout area but they appeared to be in good shape. For an inexpensive hotel, I was very impressed.

It was helpful returning our rental car the night before and catching a hotel shuttle back to the hotel. It was one less thing to worry about because, we had a early morning departure. The shuttle service was on time and very helpful.

The hotel staff bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was comfortable, smooth and stress free. They kept the pool ... facilities clean and open, the laundry room was spotless, the breakfasts they served were fantastic and far more than you get at a normal hotel. This hotel is definitely worth every penny and quite a few more.

The only suggestion is no matter what time it is make sure you have the do not disturb sign on the door as a staff walked in without knocking around 9am on the morning of departure.
