Frustrating but cozy Stay
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Copper Mountain Resort over the last 2 days and while we enjoyed our overall stay, we were very disappointed and rustrated by two things. Firstly, the confirmation emails gave us the address of 509 Copper Rd. Copper Mountain, CO 80043 which as not where our room or the front desk was ocated. The phone number provided was only in ervice until 7pm, not late enough for our vacation pan. Nice for a romantic getaway
My girlfriend and I had a nice Valentine's Day up in Copper Mountain. We spent the night near some wonderful restaurants that are within walking distance. Be sure to have a full wallet when you go. It would have been nice to have use of the under-hotel garage, a microwave, or a DVD player in the room. Best location to be near the slopes

Just what we wanted
For a one night stay in Copper Mt., this was fine. I did appreciate the free pass into the athletic club and spa. Late at night beeping sounds (probably from a low battery in a fire alarm) from the empty room next store. I called the office and maintenance responded quickly.

Not far from the tubing, but loud until 10:00 p.m. It seem more little a dorm room than a hotel.

Very Disappointing
I have stayed at Copper Mountain Resorts every year for the past 20 years and this unit was in the worst shape I've ever seen. I was very disappointed. The sofa sleeper had ripped seat cushions with the foam bulging out of the sides and we could not get it to fold away during the day. We notified the front desk of several issues during our stay and it took 3 hrs to get the DVD player delivered, several attempts to get the fireplace working, the room phone never did get repaired and the coffee never did get replenished. At midnight (of our last night), the CO2 alarm went off and it took quite a while to reach the front desk since our room phone didn't work and I had to call in from my cell phone. They sent Security to the room and he removed the battery and considered it "fixed."

Great location
The room we stayed in was right at the bottom of the ski lift. The location was great. The rooms were very small and pet freindly so if you have alergies to pets you may suffer. There was no refridgerator or anything to cook in so you are stuck going out to eat for every meal.

Great location!
We were just looking for something close to Copper Mountain ski resort and you can't get much closer than this! The room was small but suited our purpose and being within walking distance of the lifts makes for an easy ski day.

like a dorm room
Close to the lifts and easy access to restaurants, but the room was barely large enough to walk around the king size bed for the price we paid.

Enjoyed the skiing
basic no frills and low on emenities
The Village of Cooper Mountain is just that, a village. So when you book your hotel room you really don't know which lodge you will be staying at. Our location had no front desk and basically few services. The room was worn, it was over the garage so we heard the electric garage door every time it opened during the night. The bathroom was very small. Maid service was not provided on a daily basis. The location was great for ski in and ski out. There was great shuttle service in to the village and the location for skiing is excellent. Parking was a few minute walk and not connected to the hotel. One evening it was filled and difficult to find a spot.

Good area near slopes but room was small and water in shower was uneven. Overall great location but the price for the room was a bit too much.
