Great price & location with free breakfast & friendly staff!

Perfect location! Minutes from Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods & Old Colorado City (walking distance). Ample parking, heated indoor pool & near lots of great food like Front Range barbq, The Creamery (homemade ice cream), Paravacini, and the Mason Jar. Would definitely stay again with free breakfast & WiFi.

Good Location

Easy access to the City's tourist attractions. The continental breakfast was nice. The room was basically clean...did have a smell of carpet cleaner though. The bathtub faucet was practically impossible to set to a decent water temp. It was either scalding hot or cold & very hard to set on a useable setting. The area entering the hall where our room was smelled musty/moldy & the carpet in our hall needed to be replaced-was stained & old. Since the hotel is on the highway, it is a bit noisy at night.

Close to everything

This is a clean, comfortable hotel to stay. The breakfeast was good. Staff is very friendly & great with directions to just about every place. This hotel is just a couple miles from most of the attractions. the hotel is showing its age a little and the flower beds could use a good cleaning, but overall, it is a good hotel.

Good stay!

Overall was a pleasant stay. We've stayed here both times we've visited Colorado Springs and will probably be our first choice when we go again. Once with our family of six and once just my husband for buisness. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast! It's a good value we think!

Good enough

I wanted to be close to Garden of the Gods so this was very handy. Great line up of cable channels, too. Morning breakfast wasn't bad.

it was a relaxing time

not too far off main highway, easy access to main streets, close to restaurants and shops, just a bit isolated, nothing too too close by foot, comforters were stained, mini fridge bit dirty, i could even go as far as mention a couple of fleas here and there in the room,( hotel allows dogs), the staff was extraordinary, complimentary breakfast was not much of it.

Comfortable landing spot

The Staff couldn't be more friendly. You feel right at home here. The location is perfect for me and in the best part of Colorado Springs--Old Colorado. I wish for a better work out room but at least there are plenty of walking options around. I've stayed here numerous times and it seems like they are always trying to improve. Breakfast is adequate--I always bring my own utensils to avoid using disposables.

Good enough

Hotel was plain and simple, very satisfactory for the price. Breakfast was simple but with several choices to pick from. Great location near many tourist spots, food and shopping. Kids enjoyed the pool.
