You get what you pay for

I booked this hotel mainly because of the price. Staff was great and accommodating. Room was clean but old. There was just one small towel. The beds were not neatly made. Carpet was worn out. Worse thing = their airport shuttle was "out", so I had to take a cab to the airport ($25) - which pretty much offset the cheaper price. I will never book this hotel ever again.

Visiting familly in area

hotel was avarage at best, staff was helpfull when needed and kept room clean. I requested a room change after first night due to room being next to elevator and heavy traffic prevented sleep. hotel gave me a much quieter and nicer room. Shower faucet broke next night but was repaired without delay. Pool and hot tub was the reason I chose this hotel. pool water was not heated and too much chemical. Hot tub was good.

A poor man's Motel A

Everyone was nice and polite. However, that is not all needed when someone is staying in a hotel. My room was next to the elevator. Room 313. The bed was against the elevator wall. I could hear the elevator ring and going up and down constantly while trying to sleep. In the morning, I wanted to take a shower but was discussed to see that the towels in that room were stained in several areas. They looked like old rugs I could use them to work on my car!. Breakfast, 2 kinds of cereal No milk. The gallon of milk they had was frozen. well, then lets have Orange Juice. No, the power on the wall where the Orange Juice and Hot chocolate was.. was not working. No drinks. How about a waffle! .. set one up, .uuhhhmm .. guess what! . it was warm but not cooking.. the waffle never got cooked after waiting for a long time to cook. Let's use the microwave to finish cooking it! .. Nope! .. microwave was not working. How about fruit! .. they had 2 bananas left both were so ripe! that looked about time to through them away. I grabbed the one that looked less riped and one apple left! .. Coffee? .. regular coffee just about running out decaf left and Hot water for tea. 4 danishes, grabbed 2. they tasted like they were in a wrapper for 2 or 3 days not fresh at all!. The nice shuttle driver, who was very friendly.. was their night counter attendant as well, who was not able to take me early enough to the airport due to having to wait for the morning attendant. She was running late. He was also the maintenance guy. He was trying to see what he could do to help the people complaining about No breakfast! .. everyone shook their heads when they saw that ..nothing was done and could not be done to fix all this problems and they left to McDonald's across the street. We finally made it to the airport. I was there at 8:39 am. My shuttle was to leave at 8:30 am. I was lucky to have a shuttle driver that waited and looked for me. Otherwise, as I have stated to the Hotel shuttle driver.. He would have to take me to Pueblo. One more thing! . on our way out.. he offered me an orange! .. That was nice of him.. So,.. instead of having a nice breakfast I end up having a carry out fruit breakfast! .. Would I ever recommend or stay at a Ramada Inn?? .. I think you know the answer.. No. I think a Motel would of been much better and cheaper. Not worth's its price. Oh! and the one Star is for the Shuttle driver who was very nice and the lady at the counter that was there the day I arrived. Otherwise, there would not be a star at all!

Dump

Lobby was nice. Once you got up to the rooms, the hallways smelled like a sewer. Inside the rooms was not as strong but still not tolerable. We had to move to a different hotel. Don't stay here unless you really have to.

basic accomodations

they require that you sign form that allows them to charge up to $300 if you smoke in the room yet the room already reeks of cigarette smoke. I had to complain to get another room. The business center consists of a desktop computer on a small table but it's out of order. Hard to find.

Shabby bait & switch

On line says shuttle from COS airport. Waited 1+ hours after pre-calling to make sure van was coming. Eventually had to take cab. Room carpets worn, frayed coming apart at seams, bathroom mold lines along tile joints, flaking paint. Horrible coffee at breakfast - tasted like yesterdays warmed up. So many other quality options around at better prices. - I've crossed this one off my list of potential COS hotels.

Hotel is Nothing special

This hotel needs a lot of up grades. The room they gave me was for a handicap person which I did not request. They said the you ordered this type of room for me. The room had ceiling repairs that looked if though a inexperienced handy man had done them. The comp breakfast was below average. Hotel parking was not good. The room felt dirty.
