Stayed 12 days everything was fine. This is a no-frills hotel.. You get what you pay for. I need a safe, clean, cheap place to stay for a business trip... That's exactly what I got.

Quick stop
Needed a room for one night and wanted to keep expenses down. The room was clean and hotel staff helpful. TV remote did not work but clerk reprogrammed and it worked. Older hotel but fit my needs well. Variety of restaurants nearby.

Worst hotel in town
Sheets were from the 80's, towels had holes in them, non smoking room that was smoking room many times before, room heater ran for 10hrs without raising the temp above 65 deg, bed was hard, pillows were flat and very old, wi-fi didn't work in my room, had to go to hallway for it to work, Do not go here, the hotel is very dated for the area it is in, not worth the money. Again do not stay here!!!!

Great Hotel Value!
Hotel was conveniently located at the north end of Colorado Springs. The location, amenities and room comfort were average. However, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, for the price they charge it is the one of the best values in Colorado Springs. Based on the above, I give this hotel 4 stars!

Good Over Night Stay
Good place to stop and sleep. Lots of restaurants close by (walking distance), movie theater, etc. On business trip, however, and need Wifi connection to work and signal didn't reach room. Totally unacceptable if you advertise Wifi. I would stay here again but not on a business trip.

Emergency trip accommodations report
I had to go to Colorado Springs for a family emergency and I was pleased with the accommodations. I had a suite for 5 days and it felt good to retire in the evening at a comfortable location. Everything that I needed was just around the corner from the hotel. At the hotel everyone was very helpful even with my computer. The only thing I would have like better was "stronger coffee". Quitter air condition.

Very Comfortable and clean
We were on our way home from a meeting in denver and picking our daughters up at DIA after a month in Wales, Scotland and England. We were all COLD and tired and we had my husbands 86 yr old mother with us. They nicely gave us a handicap room next to ours so we could keep an eye on things. We enjoyed our stay. VERY NCIE STAFF

Book ahead. We saved the room after we had planned our trip to Denver for our meeting and stayed at the Marriott Tech center. We knew we had a long trip home, so we booked a room on the way so we could be rested and ready to make the rest of the drive home. There also is a FAZOLI'S in the town, so we ate good too!

National Day of Prayer Conference
The hotel was conveniently located to the conference site. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only things that would have made it better for me would have been more of a variety on the continental breakfast bar and a treadmill so I could walk.
