Pleasantly Pleased
This was a great "timesaver" location. We are breakfast people and a Denny's is next door with great food which is not always the case. We needed a medication and a Walmart with a pharmacy is just past Denny's. It was easy on and off the freeway. We were an hour from Denver and thirty minutes from the natural locations we desired. It is a great place to stay.

Three star value for the price
Enjoyed taking a dip in the non-heated pool. Bathroom sink light wasn't working.

Terrible Hotel
[...] booked me for a smoking room despite the fact I asked for non smoking. I have tried to contact [...] for assistance in getting my money back and this is what I got. Rude desk person finally gave me a non smoking room but with broken box springs and sagging mattress. [...]

Poor customer service
The counter person when we first arrived was very unfriendly and short with us. The rooms were dirty, the chairs were disgusting, the sink leaked. The next day the counter person, who was a different person was also very unfriendly. We would choose to never stay there again.

Great View Great Price
The lobby could use some updating but the room itself was great. My family and I stayed in the Colorado Springs area and had a great view of the mountains from our room. The pool is small only 5 feet deep other than that we had no complaints. The inclusion of a safe and refrigerator in room was a nice touch. Great quality for a great price we will stay again the next time we are in the area.

the pool is the size of a bath tub
the rooms were very dirty and the mold was in the bathroom, the air condition leaked and there were no other rooms to move us to and they did not offer to come and fix it and during are stay they never fixed it and we did not get a roll away like we ordered and no extra towels the food at breakfast was frozen.

We really enjoyed this hotel, It is an older one, but very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We didn't know it had a complimentary continental breakfast so that was a surprise. They even had biscuits and gravy. We would definitely stay here again.
