Not bad for business travelers.

A nice place to stay for business purposes. Great location in that it's only 15 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport. The complementary breakfast is below par, but edible for a person on the go.

Shopping tip: Not Applicable

Shopping could be a little better in area. Too many favorite business are gone and replaced with worthless items. OLD COLORADO City for example.

I pd thru Orbitz & they charged my cc

we were locked out of room day 2 because they thought we had checked out. I called before we got there to make sure all was ok and they said they showed us as cancelled and then re-instated. They wanted a credit card at check in so my husband used his. We has ZERO charges at check out and they charged my husband's credit card for 1 night. I paid orbitz for 2 nites so now they have been pd twice.

Great staff!

The staff was SO nice! The shuttle arrived right on time and got us to the airport in perfect timing. The only thing I didn't like was that there weren't any on-demand movies like some hotels have. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Quality Hotel

We used this hotel on a very short trip to Colorado Springs from our home in the Denver area. We were in town to attend a concert at the Black Sheep Rocks and didn't want to return home at midnight. We chose a hotel with easy access to the venue, but in a better part of town. It turned out to be a good choice. The hotel was easy to find, with straightforward access from I-25 and only about 4 miles from said highway. The GPS showed many restaurants in a 2 mile radius and the access to the venue was also pretty easy and only 3-4 miles. The hotel itself was nice. Check-in was friendly and quick. The property was very nice and well-kept. The room was clean and well-appointed. All appliances worked fine and we had no reason to ask the desk for anything. Despite the location in the vicinity of the airport, it was quiet. No neighbor noises through the night. Check-out was equally easy. The parking lot was well-lit,and access to the hotel late at night required a buzzer to get the clerk to come open the door. I found this level of security reassuring. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were downright fluffy and absorbent. I can't recall the last time I had something other than a sandpaper towel at a hotel. All in all a nice, comfortable, no-hassle stay. They had a breakfast buffet, but we ate at The Crackerbarrel instead and cannot rate that for quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone else.
