A lot of bang for your buck
Even though we had a fire alarm and had to evacuate in the middle of the night. Just a false alarm thankfully. This hotel is fabulous. They have a habit of cleaning up the breakfast stuff before the ending time but wow what a great breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and will return next year. I found my new favorite hotel in Colorado Springs.

Good Weekend Lodging
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean except a previous guest had snuck a cat into the room because I was struck with a huge allergy attack (which is only brought on by cats)...not the hotel's fault but an issue nonetheless. The breakfast buffet was ok...but they kept running out of food and the coffee was like water.

Great Place to Stay
Hyatt Place at Garden of the Gods, in Col Springs is a very comfortable and hospitable place to stay. The staff is kind, and concerned for your comfort. I sleep like a king in the beds they have. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is located in a convenient place for me.

Remarkable visit, the amenities were perfect. The staff was outstanding and location was perfect. Only negative was - they need a sign at their entrance to more easily turn in. Enjoyed the visit tremendously - weather was perfect also. Will utilize Hyatt again.,

Clean, Comfortable, Roomy
Great stay in one of the newer and better hotels in the Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods area. The included breakfast is outstanding....! Enjoyed it and would stay here again without question.

Go see Garden of the Gods and then take the drive to the summit of Pikes Peak. Both are well worth it!

Good and Bad Experience
Very nice Hotel; very efficient and modern, with nice pool. Employees had a slight enthusiasm problem (underpaid?) but very good otherwise. Even though the building is right next to the freeway the room was quiet on the "mountain view" side of the building. However, the (rental) car was broken into overnight; nothing significant taken. It was parked in the back, near the swimming pool.

Not as advertised
The kitchen was very limited in what they offered. There were never scrambled eggs or fried eggs, just egg sandwiches. The room service menu was nonexistent and the wet bar is a small area located at the front desk. The closet was not even big enough to put a suitcase in for storage. The staff was excellent and made up for what was lacking. But we spent more money having to eat out for breakfast because the egg sandwiches did not appear to be that appetizing. The eggs, I found out, were not fresh but from a package.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I requested a room opposite the highway and it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is very close to various attractions. The breakfast and food service was outstanding. The room was always clean upon our return and when we checked in. The only downside is that there is not an indoor pool. The exercise room was quite sufficient to work out. Will stay there again!

Head and shoulders over comparably priced places
Friendly service, very comfortable beds, nice feel to the place. Roomy and comfortable. Goes to the head of our list next time we're in town.
