Great Holiday Stay

The room was as promised. The a/c was out of order. Even though it was late November, the room was 74 degrees and too hot to sleep. The staff brought in a fan and we opened the slider. Breakfast was great.

Best in the area

Very clean room, very small bath, good breakfast but had better at other Embassy's. Good Location for AFA, Pikes Peak and only 1hr from Denver. Staff was curteous and delightful. Note: Very cold air temp in breakfast area that cooled your food rapidly.

Nice hotel, poor housekeeping

Spent 4th of July weekend there. We had 2 rooms. The Air Conditioning didn't work in one of them. The hotel staff responded quickly, but it still took 2 days, and they didn't offer to move us to another room. We also had to call the front desk to get housekeeping to clean up that room on the first night. In the second room, there was sand in one of the beds. On the plus side, the rooms were large and the breakfast was very good. The location was also very convenient.

Very nice. Staff seemed very attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean. Surprisingly small bathrooms for that size room. My only complaint really was the charge for internet in your room. Had I known that, I might not have stayed there.

Fantastic getaway to a great location

Lots to do and see in Colorado Springs area. Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak Cog Railway were outstanding. Also enjoyed visiting the Air Force Academy and going to a chapel service on Sunday. People are very friendly and helpful. Hotel staff were very quick to respond to requests. Very clean and comfortable hotel with most wanted amenities including a fantastic cooked to order breakfast. including omelets and pancakes made your way.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

You'll need a car to get around and see everything available, but everything is within a short driving distance to the hotel. Couldn't have selected a better hotel. Orbitz pricing was lagniappe (a little something extra).
