Days Inn Colorado Springs Airport

Great location! Just minutes from the airport! They have an indoor pool but it is currently in service. I would call before booking if it's something you are lookin forward to. They do not have an elevator to the second floor, so if you have little ones or lots of luggage ask for the first floor. Even numbers are view of nothing odd numbers are mountain views for the most part. (Second level) If you need to get work done and will be depending on the wifi DO NOT STAY ON SECOND FLOOR!!! Only works on first floor till about halfway down the hall...in other words be as close to the lobby as possible or plan to lounge in lobby to do work. No microwaves in rooms you must go down to the breakfast room and a fridge will cost an additional daily fee. If nothing I have mentioned is a huge deal it should be a great stay but if this stuff bothers you look elsewhere.

Good Value for the price. Close to airport and stores. Maids were accommodating although had to ask for towels often. Asked for paper towels at front desk and she wanted to know why I needed them. ???. Night receptionist replies to most of my questions were um...no, um...I don't know, and um...I'm not sure. I would probably return here because it is a good value especially if you are staying 3 nights or more.

We loved our stay here. Breakfast is very good espescilly for the low value of this hotel. The location is partially good is just a few miles away from everything but we still enjoyed staying here!!

Ordinary Room. Our room smelled of baby powder and the entire place smelled of cigerette smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" hotel

We made reservations several months in advance. I called a few days before we flew in from Philadelphia to confirm all of our reservations. We arrived in Colorado springs about 6:30 in the evening around 8pm I received an email saying that our reservations were cancelled due to the fires in colorado(people evacuated to hotels). So we go to the hotel to find out that the reason for the cancellation was due to them selling the hotel at 3pm that afternoon to days inn. We had to pay double what we paid already just to have a place to stay. Pool unusable for at least 6months. Ac broke. Ants in room. Bathroom smelled like urine.

The place was smelling and was very old. The room was barley clean. I saw bed bugs too. Will never stay in those hotel chain again.

Room was dirty upon arrival, trash under bathroom counter, strong smell of smoke, matress was worn out and lumpy, and the air conditioner only made noise, never cool air. I asked every day for room cleaning, only got it on the third day. There were a lot of fights and commotion every night, police were never called to stop the fights. Room was prepaid, but they made me pay again or would not let me enter. Since it was late at night, I had no choice. Manager was never present to give me a refund. They promised me a refund when I left, but would have to wait for whenever the manager would show up. I would never stay here again.

Staff is nice, the rooms are always clean. The pool was out of order and has been for like 4 or 5 days but beyond that it was nice. The place completely sold out so its gotta be good right.

When I arrived, I learned the pool and spa were broken. That's why I booked there as I know the hotel across the street ($15 cheaper per night) does not have a pool/spa. Each day when the cleaning staff came in, the hotel started smelling like cigarettes. I can't say it was them smoking, but the hotel is ALL non-smoking rooms yet smelled horribly of smoke. Overall, I would not stay here again.

It was a great place for my husband and I to spend a quite weekend together. The only down side was the pool and hot tub were down, but other than that it was great.
