We stayed here since we almost always stay with Marriott. It tends to be consistent and comfortable. But, the rooms were quite musty and my kids allergies were awful due to to mildew. The breakfast buffet was OK. But, the desk messed up our reservation and forgot to give us tickets to present at the meal. We had to fix the problem during the middle of meal. Though the staff very kind and apologetic for the rooms and the mess up, I would say that the hotel is not up to the general standards of a Marriott. We switched to the nearby Hilton for a lesser price and found it both more convenient and cleaner.

Customer Service
the place is great! so is the bar and food! good amenities! but if you have several bags don't count on the service to help you with them. you apparently need to get your own bag cart also. they also like to charge you for random items you didn't purchase. so watch your statements and give them a phone call and hopefully they'll take care of it for you!

my stay
overall is good and the staff seemed very friendly. However, the house-keeping/maintainess people are always making some noises near my room. The room is pretty clean but the mattress is too soft for me!

One Night Stay
Our over night stay at the Colorado Springs Tech Center Marriott wasn't what we were expecting. More specifically, we weren't expecting to stay at the business oriented Tech Center. The experience was pleasant, however. From the courteous staff to the plentiful amenities, we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and the bar. Our room was neat and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is up there with the cleanest I've stayed in, so that's a plus. Overall a good experience.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
We visited for the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak, but on a whim we visited the Olympic gym and joined a free tour that became a very enjoyable experience.

Not any better than a Hilton express
Pool clarity was gross the entire 4 days. The pool boy was extremely rude!! Room, lobby, etc was nice. Friendly customer service. However we saw an older couple that had reservations and were advised to go to a different hotel because they were full. The food was not good and they didn't offer much variety.

Great hotel
Room was very nice, clean and up to date. Comfortable beds, nice views. Kids had great time in the outdoor and indoor pool. We got a great weekend rate for an obviously business-class hotel. Easy to get to from the highway to get to all of the area attractions. Hotel has quiet time policy of 10:30pm.

Quick trip that was family friendly
We were able to enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub and steam room. The gym had modern equipment for that workout fix. They were prompt with our requests and had a roll away bed in our room before we could even get up there on the nineth floor. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. The dinning room had a great selection of food for the whole family and at a great deal. We enjoyed room service for desert and the kids thought it was the best and so very prompt. Great visit all around.
