BEST WESTERN Executive Inn & Suites

Meet my needs, was clean, quite and close to what I needed.

booked a 2 day stay, check in was ok, but the bed in the room was horrid, asked for a different room and the clerk could not understand why the bedside support was gone. 2nd room was not secured (open) when I arrived, but bed was better. This was my second stay at this motel and it was the salt water pool, their best feature that brought me back, On day 2 the bed was not made up. Expected better from a BW "executive" titled motel, But what is in a name anyway. It is clean, quite and staff on duty is polite but lacks attention to details and needs.

Everyone at the hotel was great. They gave directions to where I needed to go(Fort Carson). Thanked my daughter for serving her country. They were all great people. Rooms were clean .

Our stay was a total of three nights. After the first night, the cleaning staff would remove the dirty linens and did not remember to replace them. Otherwise very quiet, clean and all staff welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again. We spent our days exploring the local attractions in fantastic weather.

[...] Suite has refrigerator and microwave but no cookware, plateware, or utensils which limits the usefulness of the appliances. The quietness of the hotel was impressive especially since it is next to the freeway.

First of all, this place is in a great location. Right off the interstate and very close to some of the more popular attractions around CO Springs. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had checking in is that our room wasn't ready. It was 4:30 when we got there, so I was a little peeved. But we only had to wait about 15 minutes. The room was clean, but average. I'm not sure why this place is an "Executive Inn and Suites" because it didn't seem to have anything special. They have 1 computer in the lobby for the public and the fitness room consists of 3 machines. The pool and hot tub were nice, although we had to ask them to replenish the towels. It wasn't a problem though. The continental breakfast was good but consisted of mostly carbs. Since we were planning on doing some hiking, it would have been nice to have some more protein choices besides hard boiled eggs. Everything was laid out nicely though, and the girl in there was very friendly and working very hard to keep everything stocked. If a hardier breakfast is what you need, there's a Denny's and Village Inn across the parking lot. The lobby had a book of recommended restaurants in the area that was very helpful. We like to eat at local places and it was nice to have all of the leg work done for us. Overall, this Best Western is decent. I've stayed in nicer places, but also in worse. For the price you can't beat the location and free breakfast. We didn't come to Colorado to sit in our room anyway. Our room was always clean when we got back and the staff was very helpful. If you need a place just to crash at the end of your busy day, this is it!

After events at the World Arena, we just needed a room for the night. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel is next to the highway so it can get a little noisy in the middle of the night and we could hear the people in the room next to us, but everything else was fine. I would probably go back if the price was decent again.

My 9 year old son and I went to Colorado Springs for five days. We stayed at the Best Western hotel and loved it. To be honest when we first pulled up I thought 'ohhhh'-not in a possitive way. However, the minute we walked in my reaction turned around. Lobby was cute and comfortable-with coffee available around the clock. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the kitchenette and open yet seperated bedroom. My son loved the heated indoor pool. Breakfast was GREAT much better than the traditional continental breakfast. I had a fantastic experience and would go back in a heartbeat. I definately would recommend to a friend. The only thing I did not care for was the heater not having a thermastat. It was either on or off- I didn't care for the noise and would turn it off when I went to bed but would wake up chilly and have to get up to turn it back on. Overall, I loved it and had a great experience.

I was in town for buisness/pleasure. The Best Western was clean and convienant. Our room was a King bed, refrig, mircowave, couch. Ample amount of room, clean and comfortable. I do reccomend staying here. The breakfeast was good, bread, english muffin, bagel. Waffles and ceral as well. They also had hard boiled eggs, which is always a plus, I wish more hotels would offer this on their breakfeasts. Bring your own coffee mug if you are a die hard drinker. They have shot glass size cups, however, through my travels this is not uncommon. Again, we enjoyed our stay and do reccomend this hotel.

Good value. Clean Friendly
