Not worth the money
This hotel did not honor our initial reservation which led to double paying for the one room. They misrepresented their rooms and the actual room received was much worse than expected. In short, this hotel was definitely not worth the money.

not a clean hotel
The hotel room had not been cleaned. toilet not flushed, dierty sink, beds were made but sheets had not been changed. Hotel was just dirty all aroung. Carpets stained and not vacuumed. I would not recommend it.

Will stay here again
I have stayed at this hotel twice on business trips and found it to be very agreeable. This hotel costs much less than most of the well-known major name brands. The rooms are small but clean, quiet, and well appointed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wireless internet, large TV). The free breakfast is good (biscuits/gravy, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit). About the only downside is that this hotel is a bit off the beaten path. The location that I worked at during my business trip was only 1.5 miles from the hotel, so for me, its location was very convenient. For those in the military, this hotel is within one block of the main gate of Peterson AFB.

There is a big shopping area about 1.5 miles to the north of this hotel along Powers Blvd. The shopping area includes many major-name stores and restaurants.
