Omni Interlocken Resort

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They let us check in early at 10am after we'd been up at 4am to catch our flight, gave us a mountain view room, AND they had a crib sent to the room for our 4mo old son. They were so knowledgeable about the area and everyone from the front desk to the coffee counter clerk to spa employees were so professional and courteous. I had to call down about a noise disturbance that was bothering our baby and the staff took care of it immediately. The beds and linens were amazing. I had a fantastic massage and pedicure and steam. The heated pool was great! Definitely not your average off-the-highway hotel.

We were there for a family reunion and had a great time. Our group included 6 kids aged 2 to 14. We spent much of our time in the pool and loved the poolside movies. I travel a lot for work and stay in lots of hotels. This was one of the best values for money I've seen.

Hotel was very nice but staff seemed unfamiliar with surrounding area for recommendations other than what was available on line. One particular problem that was not corrected pertained to the lack of room security. The striker plate was missing from the door jamb and the door could not close securely. Although we did not leave any valuables in the room it left us a little uneasy about overall security. The room number is 511.

Great hotel...easy access and beautiful drive into Boulder. I stayed for the pool...stayed a little longer for the Cucumber Mojitos :) Comfy bed and room with a view, helpful staff. One little trick...no free WIFI in the rooms but save yourself the 10 bucks and become an OMNI preferred guest (which is free to join - minus the few emails you can have routed to your junk mail account.) I'd stay again!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The surroundings in the hotel were pleasant. The meeting room where I spent most of my time was pretty good--clean, well organized, with coffee and soft drinks & water. My wife, who did not attend my meetings, did complain that the maid service was a problem in that the maid did not speak (or understand) English and the supervisor did not have much English either, so there was no follow-up on a request for more towels and toilet paper. We felt rationed in that respect. But I would return there if I needed to be in the area again.

we stayed here for the BolderBOULDER 10K race. service was excellent- they allowed us to check-in early as well as stay late! the pool was a little crowded the first day with kids, but it was also Memorial Day weekend. being from out-of-town, the front desk assistants helped us find food, shopping, and also helped us coordinate our trip up to Boulder for the race. excellent service and my husband and i have already planned to stay here again next Memorial Day for the BolderBOULDER 2012.

We stayed at the Omni while home searching in Broomfield. I was familiar with the Interlocken area from previous work in the area and knew it was nice. The hotel is very nice, the grounds are great (pool, lounging areas, lobby, etc). People we nice, room comfortable. Only wish-list item would have been some kind of free breakfast, just the simple things like fruit and cereal so we could quickly get out and start our day. But they did have quick and cheap breakfast sandwiches available. I highly recommend this place.

The Hotel was absolutely grand. From the Valet service to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and efficient. The rooms are very clean, and decor was very soothing. The Hotel offers a lot of value for the money. The best part is the view from the 11th floor room, there is no better view than the majestic Rockies. I would recommend this hotel above any others in the Denver area if you are wanting a great place to stay for a period of time to enjoy all the area has to offer.

Personal travel for us and would recommend this hotel. It was as good as the reviews we read before we booked there.
