Great modest condo
We styed in a nice, clean and modest 2 bedroom condo at Pine Ridge in Breckenridge. The grounds were well kept and the condo itself was maintained well. The unit had a balcony overlooking the back side of the building, stram and ski run and the front balcony off of the master bedrrom overlooked the front parking lot. The only thing that was disappointing was the poor beds. They were worn out and cheap and hard as a rock. I understand that the individual units are owned by various people are are kept up in different fashions and levels. I would rent again from this facility but would definitley ask for a different unit with better quality beds.

Great.
The Kitchen living area was great the baths were clean but could use updating. Half a block from river walk and main street. The staff was really nice and took our reservation at the price Obitz listed it and billed our credit card. Even though they had no record of our reservation

Spring Fever
Overall we were very satisfied with the condo. It was clean, and had all the comforts of home, nothing fancy, but good value for the price. Cozy bed. Plenty of space for 4 adults in the 2 bedroom. Free parking space. Less than 5 min. walk to snowflake lift and 4 O'clock ski run. Less than 5 min walk to center of town. Town shuttle stop right by the office.

Relaxing Summer Trip
We visited the Pine Ridge Condominiums in the summer and were very happy with this hotel. Although we were not there for skiing, it was evident that it was in the perfect location if we wanted to return in the winter. The room was HUGE! We had 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and huge living room, which was way more space than we needed for the two of us, but it was nice to have so much space. Everything was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Our room was on the first floor and right next to 1 of the numerous hot tubs. The location couldn't have been any better for walking around town. I have no complaints and definitely hope to go back sometime soon.

everything we needed
We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The accomodations were great for the price- our condo was clean, spacious, and located just a few blocks from Main St. The service was friendly and responsive. Relaxing!

Close to downtown
