Park Meadows Lodge offers its guests a "chalet style" atmosphere with a large, comfortable lobby area and huge open fireplace for quiet reading time or just relaxing. After skiing, enjoy the two large outdoor hot tubs and the game room. Other amenities include on site coin operated laundry facilities, community gas grill & picnic area.
Studio units feature a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop & toaster/coffee maker (no dishwasher). Other complimentary amenities include cable TV/DVD, free wifi and individual ski storage lockers.
Offsite Check In is at our centrally located office at 213 North Main Street Breckenridge, CO 80424. Office Hours are from 8am-10pm (during ski season - hours may vary during off season) Guests planning to arrive outside of office hours, please contact Ski Country Resorts to arrange a late check in.

- Park Meadows Studio
- Each Studio Condominium is 300 square feet and has one Queen Bed and one Queen Sofa Sleeper. Each room features a small Kitchenette (no dishwasher) with all necessary cooking/eating utensils provided. Other ammenities include cable TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking for one vehicle and individual ski storage lockers.

- Each 1 Bedroom condominium is 300 square feet and offers a private living and bedroom area with one Queen Bed and one Queen Sofa Sleeper. This location does not have on site management nor do you check in on the premisses. It is managed by a company that has an office several miles away. The site does not tell you that you hae to check in at another site. We didn't figure that out until we got there and I had to ask another person staying at the hotel. It woud have been helpful to know that especialy when you are dealing with an ski resort where getting around is challenging. Once we got settled we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, but...
Each room is individually owned so I can only speak to the room that I stayed in. All I ask for is a clean, quiet room that has a reasonably comfortable bed. While Park Meadows provided the first 2, the bed was horrible. It had both a broken matress and box springs. I kept waking up all night long because I was sliding onto the floor. The property management company said that they will notify the owners but cannot do anything about it themselves. They also made no attempt to reconcile my dissatisfaction.

Side Skier
Park Meadows Lodge Breckenridge, CO.
Location, Location, Location! Tiny condo even for only 2 people. but 1 bedroom and pull out sofa bed in living area. Remodled kitchen but dated. We were very pleased for the money. Nice community area with ping pong table etc. massive fireplace, outdoor hot tubs, wifi and computer room.

Park Meadows, Breckenridge
The price was terrific for being so close to the slopes and the center of town (1 block to Main St, 3 shuttle stops to slopes) and the place is clean, but it is extremely cramped for 4 persons. It would be a good place for 2 persons. The clothes storage is almost inexistent (not even enough for 1 person). The kitchen is decently equipped, though it would have been good to have a frying pan and an oven-proof dish.

Scratchy back!
Second Floor Trailer - Park Meadows
Great if you enjoy staying in a second floor trailer complete with wood paneling and bad wolf art work. The bed was very uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Good location, but the photos were misleading.
