Park Meadows

Upon arrival we found that the actual check in is not at the hotel but a back to Main St, Breckenridge, which is a few blocks away. No information was provided in advance that checkin is Ina different place. In addition the checkin location was hard to find since was not labeled as Park Meadows bit rather was a ski rent shop with different name. We were given a room that was not very clean and was a smoking room although that we requested non-smokers room. The room was not very clean and was worst than a cheap motel and the price paid was 3-4 times tha value of that place. Won't go there again, not worth it!

This location does not have on site management nor do you check in on the premisses. It is managed by a company that has an office several miles away. The site does not tell you that you hae to check in at another site. We didn't figure that out until we got there and I had to ask another person staying at the hotel. It woud have been helpful to know that especialy when you are dealing with an ski resort where getting around is challenging. Once we got settled we enjoyed our stay.

Each room is individually owned so I can only speak to the room that I stayed in. All I ask for is a clean, quiet room that has a reasonably comfortable bed. While Park Meadows provided the first 2, the bed was horrible. It had both a broken matress and box springs. I kept waking up all night long because I was sliding onto the floor. The property management company said that they will notify the owners but cannot do anything about it themselves. They also made no attempt to reconcile my dissatisfaction.

Clean, good location, low price

Location, Location, Location! Tiny condo even for only 2 people. but 1 bedroom and pull out sofa bed in living area. Remodled kitchen but dated. We were very pleased for the money. Nice community area with ping pong table etc. massive fireplace, outdoor hot tubs, wifi and computer room.

The price was terrific for being so close to the slopes and the center of town (1 block to Main St, 3 shuttle stops to slopes) and the place is clean, but it is extremely cramped for 4 persons. It would be a good place for 2 persons. The clothes storage is almost inexistent (not even enough for 1 person). The kitchen is decently equipped, though it would have been good to have a frying pan and an oven-proof dish.

Great if you enjoy staying in a second floor trailer complete with wood paneling and bad wolf art work. The bed was very uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Good location, but the photos were misleading.
